I ordered four hats almost one month…
I ordered four hats almost one month ago. After two weeks one hat arrived- a style I had not ordered. I sent an email requesting that my order be sent. To date, I have not received the hats or a response from the company. I have emailed twice, with no reply. I would avoid using this company.
…..Replying to their response. The order on 14th contained one hat, which I had not ordered. This was all sent in a email and followed up, with no response. My order number is UK251101.
It would be much easier if your company just responded to emails rather than responding to negative reviews on this site!

Lettering was terrible. I can’t read what was supposed to say “The Mermaid” on the hat. I haven’t got a response from the two emails I have sent to exchange or get a refund.
