A very beautiful and well made little handbag mirror, that was so reduced in price that Enesco must have made a loss, considering the packaging and delivery. I’ll order again in future to reciprocate!

Items came as described and look great. Slow delivery but can’t really complain as it was free!

i did not look at the reviews initially as I was placing a fairly small order under £30 for several cute thank you gifts. Price was excellent, & stuff I love, that from my past experiences, people love receiving , both dainty & even better as you are showing you care, appreciate what someone has done for you! so has meaning, Also no one wants clutter anymore so micro gifts are perfect. I took my chances as had not used or heard of Enesco Ltd company before. I waited slightly longer than most delivery times these days. No issue with that as I was notified in the beginning at order point. but the wait was worth it as everything packaged, beautifully, bubble wrap & cute little brown recyclable tiny boxes all packaged together tightly in one other small box, perfect. I was not disappointed! each item is perfect & I cant wait to give out asap plus order more for other friends, colleagues. A huge unexpected bonus at the end too 💕 a perfect little note thanking me for my order & giving me 20% off next time. Thank you so much 2363904 WB

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid extra for 2 day shipping so my sister would get her present from me before her birthday. This company took my money but did not give me any order updates. My sister’s birthday passed and she did not receive the package. I sent an email to their “customer service” address, no response. Finally, with some digging, learned 2 weeks after my sister’s birthday that the package was sent back to the sender! Have I gotten a refund? Of course not. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. I would never recommend this horrible company. I’m starting to think they’re a scam. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

I made an order when i then realised it was a pre-order item so emailed them and received a reply same day...was told when item was expected for delivery so informed them this would be too late as it was a birthday gift! they then offered a full refund and i received money in account within 30 minutes! Thank you Jenny and would definitely order again 👌

Item arrived damaged, contacted them immediately and got a response from Jenny, looking for photo evidence, sent that promptly, to never hear from them again, I have emailed several times, tried through Facebook too and no response whatsoever.

I was slightly concerned after reading a couple of reviews, but absolutely no need, this was the best service from start to finish. Items were at the best price, great packaging & dispatched super quick. The best find - will order again. Rare find - absolutely delighted

Was apprehensive at first as there wasn’t many reviews so paid through PayPal just to be sure. Communication was great from start to finish, items arrived in fantastic condition and packaged very well, no damage to inner or outer box and delivered on time. Will not hesitate to order again.

Don't send items out at all and don't even say why. Avoid

Watch carefully you’ll see the discrimination this organization is guilty of. I’m all for a class action suit for those denied to buy because of no “store front”, unless you’re their buddy. When I brought it up my competitors selling it with no store front the rep didn’t know how it happened blah blah. Fact is, she didn’t care. I even asked for her to speak to a manager about it. It isn’t like it’s that big of a seller. It won’t stack up to other lines. if you feel you was discriminated against for the same reason. The attorneys on the other class action suit in Texas for the same reason would most likely be willing to take the case. They are still taking names and organizations that have done this. It may be time for that. No, the competitors has never had a store front. They just failed at checking it. While this is the UK site, it happened in the U.S. I could understand if they had restrictions for online retailers. Because we do live in a world where folks are shady! The law firm will also be at Dallas and Atlanta market.

Terrible experience, statue arrived today broken in several places, one peice was broken off completely, called up and no sympathy just oh email us and we will sort It out, why don't you just sort it now over the phone, have to wait days amd days on end for an email back now, was meant to be a present for my partners bday, unprofessional and lacking compassion

I've placed 3 orders now, Customer Service is brilliant, the quality of products is brilliant and all were here within 4 days, I would highly recommend and will definitely order again.

Can’t fault their customer service.
I received a delivery and one of the small items was missing which is easily done. I called up, my query was dealt with immediately and a replacement sent out.
No hassle sorting this out so a trustworthy company. Will buy from here again.

When first come across this online store,thought the prices were too good too be true but my instinct told me to go for it..Made my first order a week ago or so,received it this morning and omg the packaging,ornaments and customer service are amazing..Would definitely recommend this store to anyone that are having doubts,they have an incredible selection of ornaments to chose from..Will definitely be buying from this online store again.Thank you ever so for a fantastic first time experience..

Unsure of purchasing at first as I couldn’t find a single review and was very unsure wether I’d receive my order, however I did and was received within timescale and everything was just as described! Very happy and will be using again.
