I use GFuel as a sustitute for coffee (usualy drink 5 per day) and the effects and taste are better.
2 shakes a day works best for me, 3 is overkill and I don't see much change after the last one.
Delivery usually arrives in Bucharest on the 2nd or 3rd day after order.
I buy a couple of tubs per order to last me for months and to have diverse flavors, and EnergyLab always sent a couple of samples in the package, probably for the large order.
