Very disappointed with the service here. I came in with a Pixel 8 that has an extended warranty, and although the staff were 'nice' to my face, they flat-out refused to help me or fix the device. I fe... See more

Llandudno retail parl
Poor customer service for my elderly parents who just needed help transferring data into new phone. Total disinterest from staff member and inaccurate assistance provided. Awful!
Do NOT use the ee shops
DO NOT USE THE STORES to do transactions. Bought a phone in store. It had an attached Samsung offer with it that the store assistant filled in as a courtesy whilst she was transferring data etc Turned out she made a hash of it. Result I lost £300 of Adidas vouchers because they have NO TRACIBILITY and therefore no responsibility to get it right. Went to ombudsman and they said "store staff can do as they like" because there's no way to prove they did wrong! EE have no interest in putting in a tracing system, otherwise they'd have to accept responsibility. Best advice BUY ONLINE as you can track it.
Such Poor Shop staff Disappointing 😞
I've been we EE for a few years now and always dealt with them over the phone and they have been brilliant. But today I had a problem with my phone a damp notification kept bleeping. So I entered the EE shop in SALISBURY on Friday 13th Oct thinking I would either be able to get the phone repaired or if unrepairable I could discuss an upgrade . The sales person who greeted me could not have been more UNHELPFUL if he tried I would have got more response and information talking to a dead corspe . Why EE imployed this person is beyond me . I was in and out of the shop within a minute and basically told to go else where to get a repair done . I tried to talk about an upgrade but he wasn't interested. I'm not normally one to leave a review but this terrible customer service at an extreme
Didcot Parkway branch
I recently called in to Reading branch for some help with transferring my data to my new phone, one guy did try very hard to help although I found the manager far less helpful.
Today day I called in to Didcot Parkway, this was a totally different experience these guys were great, both friendly and very helpful and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Thank you to the wonderful staff, this would definitely encourage me to stay with EE.
Laidback processing. Stuck in past.
You would think that there is very little undifferentiated offering when it comes to ordering. I didn’t realise companies like eestore_uk were stuck 15 years in the past, requiring utility bills/identity proof for orders with orders stuck in warehouse until Monday. It was a preorder, I would have liked it delivered asap on launch on Friday.
This was for a ps5 console order with the fifa game in it.
Never again.
EE shop Hounslow - Worst experience
EE shop Hounslow - Worst experience
No EE signal in the shop
Also, also almost no internet working in the shop
No queue system so waste more time
Tablets or iPads used to help customers are not working or slow and need to be swapped or wait
Staff is more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers.
As always EE website is crashing or slow.
Dont know how to issue a working sim. The SIM card issued did not work
Something is going on at this store
Something is going on with this Kings Road Chelsea store. Not sure exactly what, but something shady. Customer service sucks. I think they are especially biased against foreigners. Stay away-especially if you don’t have an English accent.
Sold me a Sim card for my iPhone. It didn’t work so they said I could bring in my galaxy Samsung. I did that, they installed it, but the LTE connection does not work. I called customer service, and they said that the Sim card was not registered in my name. Customer service would not give me any information because the phone number was not registered in my name. UPDATE: While waiting 2 1/2 to sort out the sim card they sold me, a robber came in the store and took a customer's brand new phone. Now they are hassling the guy about replacing his phone and sim. Finally they tell me the sim they sold me won't work in my phone. I need an older sim and they don't have any. They won't refund without my receipt. Outrageous!

Nothing I say can adequately convey the uselessness of this company and the utter frustration of dealing with them.
They took £900 from me for a new iPhone (just the handset, no contract etc.) and then for some bizarre reason decided that they needed copies of utility bills, driving licence and passport. I happen to live in New Zealand most of the year but still have a house in the UK so my driving licence and passport are NZ.
I found myself in the strange situation where they had my money, had all of my personal details and documents, would not ship the phone, were impossible to contact and didn't offer any resolution. No amount of phone calls would resolve the situation.
I needed the phone as my existing iPhone died on the flight to the UK. I am now about to return to NZ, EE still have my money and I have no phone. Their representatives just make things up as they go along and no one takes responsibility. Dealing with them begins to feel like you are part of a scam.
If you enjoy grief, stress and the epitome of incompetence and inefficiency then this is the company for you - otherwise choose about anyone else; no one can be this bad.

Rude and useless in both Canterbury and east Grinstead - decent phone network - but expensive
Extremely unhelpful staff.
Extremely unhelpful staff.
Tried to tie me into a 2 year contract and told me pay as you go was not available....which is not true.
Not so long ago EE shops were a pleasure to visit with members of staff happy to help.
Sadly the Bedford Harpur store is the opposite....David in particular couldnt have been any less helpful.
Surely they realise this is bad for business, but it seems they just dont care.
Courteous, efficient staff
Fantastic online booking system, and in store follow up. All the team were attentive, courteous, friendly and wanting to help. Bruno was great at efficiently relaying my situation to Safa (broken phone night before holiday, due to leave in few hours) and she did everything she could to get me set up with a new one and talk me through each little bit (was stressed, tired and not particularly smart that day). She spent a lot of time with me, got me the best deal and was lovely and patient throughout. Was all much appreciated and a great in store experience (Reading store, July 2023).
Haywards Heath
Haywards Heath - fantastic service from the staff here on 22/08 resolving a long outstanding issue patiently looking for a range of solutions with courteous service and a very pleasant customer service approach
Merry hill ee
I may not spell her name correctly as I missed her name badge and asked a member of staff, I will write it how it was pronounced to me Naheema! Merryhill ee store my 64 year old mother came in with issues with her phone she was rude, not helpful did not want to listen to anything my mother was telling her about the contract phone and troubles she was having, even smirking at times saying it's not her problem! I had to ask for someone else to come and speak with us as I could not deal with her speaking down to my mother anymore! Funny enough the next person who came and sat down with her she was full of smiles as I bought her behaviour to everyone's attention..she should not be working in this shop and if you can speak with someone else please do and avoid this girl! A man named mo attended afterwards and was alot more helpful and polite. Thanks Mo
FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
Fantastic customer service from Anas in the Linthorpe Road EE shop. He sorted out my email issue on my phone for me which I couldn't sort out after spending hours trying ! Anas was kind, patient and so helpful.
Fantastic customer service in Balham store.
I went into Balham EE shop today and experienced fantastic customer service. Daniel was extremely helpful and guided me to find a suitable upgrade that was good for me. He answered all of my questions (there was lots) and I was very grateful that I had gone into the shop rather than upgrade over the phone.
Excellent customer service
Jess in the Banbury branch was extremely helpful, taking time to help with an issue that was perpexing me about how to set up two phones with different numbers on the same account, without the phones mirroring each other. Friendly, attentive, efficient and save me an inordinate amount of time and frustration trying to do this for myself
Poor communication and to few staff.
The Tunbridge Wells shop had one staff on the shop floor. Another member of staff that finished serving a customer did not even have the decency to acknowledge me before he left for the back room. Still sitting here ten minutes later, still being ignored……
False advertising
I thought false advertising was illegal. Obviously, EE Shop doesn't think so. They are advertising mobile phones for a certain price, when you dig deeper the price triples. There are much cheaper and honest companies out there.
Shame on you to stoop so low.
EE Wolverhampton Stay away
EE Wolverhampton My Mom went into store for help with setting up a new sim card she had received in the post for her pay as you go mobile. The Sales Assistant mis-sold Mom a new monthly phone sim contract, a tablet with 2 year monthly contract and home broadband. When she tried to return the tablet she was told she couldn't. Even after arranging via retail complaints to return the tablet to cancel that and everything they still refused. They were rude and abnocious. Stay away. It has taken about 30 hours to get it all undone.
Great service
Great service, Saj was really helpful sorting 2 new phones for older parents. From initial phone call to book appointment to leaving store with everything we needed at a price we were prepared to pay Can't praise highly enough. Well done Saj
