My advise is to never ever take a subscription.

- You take a subscription
- Then the price goes way up
- You want to cancel on the website
- You get the notification cancellation is *only possible by phone and not via your donald duck account*
- Then you call then and have to wait very very long.
- Then a callcenter employee of lesser intellect says he cancels your subscription
- Then you get a message in your mail for a new donald duck extra subscription...
- Then you call again and a very rude employee does not want to cancel at first "if you are gonna act like that I aint doing nothing for ya" if you clarify you really want to cancel and have no more subscription.

This concerns DPG Media Dutch Donald Duck.

DPG Media is not the nicest company around and I really dont understand Disney works with them.

The worst company ever, their customer service sucks.
They don’t do their jobs properly, cancelation is just not made for their end, charged me multiple times.
Says that they sent an reminder and now sent to an special company for collection.

I got a Donald Duck subscription for my son as a birthday present 20 days ago and until now we did not get one single magazine! Horrible service!
