We have 2 zero water filter jugs and I wanted one for our caravan so we can always have pure chlorine free water that tastes lovely.
It was so easy to purchase and lots of information too. We have just had a break in the caravan found the jug very convenient and it’s great to not have to be worrying about chemicals and plastic bottles.

I just needed new filters and went online to do this. They arrived promptly and well packaged.
Alas this will be the last review for Culligan Zero as they are closing in the UK and I'll have to buy replacement filters through Amazon or Lakeland.

Although dpd didn’t deliver my package of 4 filters which i ordered (a second time Amazon no longer use this courier service) but Sarah was kind enough to offer and got me a refund. So im extremely grateful. Im so very sorry your company is no longer operational in the UK ( don't blame you) but thank you for your service and i wish your company success back home in the USA

Fast, professional service. I love this product!

On the whole I do think the new Culligan water filter is an improvement on the older Zero version. The TDS meter is easier to read, the jug doesn't spill like the older version and it is easier to clean.
However the Culligan jug is bulkier and heavier which is an issue for those of us who have arthritis in the hands and wrists. I'm having to keep the Culligan jug on the worktop and use a plastic jug to fill the reservoir instead of filling directly from the tap.

Why are you withdrawing from the UK
Will i still be able to buy filters for the new jug that you have only just launched?

Got the filters in quick time. Cannot understand that you are still selling the filters even though you are advising you are not able to sell your merch in Great Britain anymore

Thank you for responding so fast to my order for filters. Regretfully DPD did not deliver my filters to my home but decided I was not at home, without the bother of ringing my doorbell. I’m seriously disabled and sit next to the front window watching the world go by! Did I blink and miss him? Or was he a smart arse making his job easier? I did manage to get it delivered courtesy of a friend who is marginally more mobile than I am.
I’m sorry you’re leaving us. Perhaps if you had advertised more widely you would have a bigger slice of the market. After all - you can’t regard other water filters as serious, or even, opposition.

Was really happy with your product as a previous user of the earlier system, but now concerned about future purchase of future filters.

Absolutely fantastic water dispenser and the best water filters EVER! Service was second to none! However a few weeks after buying my not inexpensive (but worth it) filtration system, the company decided they were pulling out of the uk market. I feel somewhat betrayed. Left with a system that means I have to use a third party filter provider, meaning the expensive filters just got much more so. They could have warned me beforehand, would have been the moral thing to do.
