The service was 5+, it could not have been better. They emailed minutes after the order with a confirmation, shortly after followed up with a proof to review and provided suggestions. Not only did they notify me when the item shipped, but they followed up during transit and after to make sure the product was what was expected. It is rare to receive personalized communication at this level.

Our experience and the finished product well exceeded my expectations! The burned logo mark and copy turned out beautifully. The box itself is study and well-made. I can definitely see us ordering more.

I wanted a simple, well-made wooden box to hold some hobby supplies. At first I checked all the large online retailers, but not one had what I was looking for. They were all crazy expensive, over-designed, or impractical sizes. I was fortunate enough to come across Carpenter Core during my search and found the perfect product. The plentiful size options allowed me to find one that suited my needs. The customization options were amazing - being able to select a stain color and hinges was an unexpected nice touch. The price was way more affordable than anything else I could find from other retailers. The shipping was fast, and the seller gave much-appreciated and timely updates at every step in the process. Best of all is that my box was handcrafted right here in the good old US of A, and I am incredibly happy with it. I highly recommend Carpenter Core to anyone looking for dependable and affordable products.

The communication on my logo and sign off of it was terrific. And the boxes turned out exactly as they looked on the proof. You never know on custom things like this but I couldn't be happier!

So responsive and efficient, year after year. Alan makes wine size boxes for us with our branding and he never lets us down. He does everything to make sure we get our wood wine boxes in time, even when I’m behind the ball.

Customer service was very good, however, the box itself should have had a closure on it. I ordered the hinges, thinking that would include a closure as well, but it did not. The magnums just fit in the box very, very tightly, so I think the box should be 1/8" longer as well. I had to wrap this as a gift and had to secure the box with 2 rubberbands which wasn't ideal, but I didn't want the recipient to open it and possibly break very expensive bottles of wine.

Product arrived on time and just as expected. I will be ordering from them again for company gifting crates.
