Your website is very hard to use. How can I no reorder a veggie box in the same conditions as what I had?

Dear Olivier, we are very sorry that you had problems with our Online Shop.
It is actually intentional and requested by our customers that the vegetable boxes are slightly different every week - so you have variety in your delivery. If you want identical products every week, you can simply transfer the individual items to the new shopping basket under "my orders" (Meine Bestellungen). Or you install a regular order.
We are aware that the shop seems complicated. This is because you don't just order items once - like shoes, for example. There are numerous functions for recurring deliveries or pauses in delivery.
