Fantastic Product - Great Customer Service Experience

Recently purchased 6 of their large 169oz jars as a Christmas gift. They are big heavy jars, and unfortunately one came broken.

I reached out to their contact email and got a response back within a few hours. They offered to replace the broken item for free which I accepted, and I had the new jar in perfect condition about a week later.

Fantastic customer service in my experience, and their products all feel very well made. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Nice glasses, was able to replace ones that arrived broken

I got 12 drinking glasses from their site directly (they also seem to have an amazon store front, unsure if that provides an identical experience).
10 showed up perfect, but 1 box (they came in sets of 4) had 2 broken glasses in it. Sent an email to them with a picture of the broken glasses on a Friday, got a response back on Monday, and was able to get a replacement box sent over to me pretty hassle free.

While they do pack some some hefty bubble wrap to line the insides of the shipping box, the boxes the glasses actually sit in have pretty thin cardboard dividers between the glasses, so I'm pretty sure they can still get smashed against each other if the box is jolted a certain way, at least for glasses with thinner walls.

I'm glad I was able to get a replacement set, but it feels like some of the thinner glasses could get more protection within their boxes.

No reply to damaged goods

Lots of lovely glasses ordered and delivered 3 days ago. One has a flaw/chip on the rim, so unusable. Seemed to be a manufacturing flaw rather than packaging or delivery. Immediately contacted Bormioli Rocco - no reply.

Highly recommended

Having read the negative reviews on this site for this company, I was somewhat hesitant about placing an order. However, there were only nine reviews, and I imagined they must get many more orders than that. Many people only place reviews of bad experiences.
I'm glad I placed the order.
My glasses were delivered less than 24 hours later, and are in perfect condition. They were very well protected, even from the dent that the box gained in transit.
Highly recommended.

Glass chipped, no reply to emails...

I ordered some glasses on 29th October. Two sets arrived one glass had a chip on the rim.
I emailed on 3rd November to ask them to replace the broken glass, no reply received.
I emailed again on 9th November and still no reply. Order 2675
Do not use this website, the glasses appear good value but if you receive broken items they simply do not reply. Terrible customer service. Why do companies think customer service doesn't matter?

Avoid - no order delivered, no response, no refund.

Similar to Jayne's review from July 2021.
Ordered 3 sets of glasses two weeks ago and paid for next day delivery. Glasses have not arrived and the company has not responded at all to emails asking first for an update on delivery and then for a complete refund.
Really bad experience - this company feels like a scam.

Ordered 2 sets of cocktail glasses for…

Ordered 2 sets of cocktail glasses for a 70th birthday garden party. A month passed. Nothing delivered. Chased and chased only to be told there was a problem with delivery. Still waiting on a full refund! Do not buy anything from this company. Poor communication, failed to deliver the product and failed to advise me on when I will get a full refund. Hopefully I get my money back this week!!! Hope to hear from you!!!!
