Ordered the front licence plate but no tracking provided

Ordered the front licence plate, as they adviced by email... so that i could receive both plates in one time as they deceivedly promise...
I received the rear one from DIV for which i paid 30 euro... but didn't receive the front one, for which they didn't provide any tracking number and now I have to wait at home indefinetly to go pick my car... unless I ask someone else to produce it, at CORA or wherever in bxl... Created 2 support tickets about this, but they don't answer...
terrible experience, If I knew it I wouldn't order the front plate.
