Absolute pants

Absolute pants, scam company ordered 2 emotional Zip hoodies on 1st March 2026, last update 9th march 2026which still showed waiting information , have contacted both Vesaroshop.com and shop £26:40 neither respond joke of companies if I could would give Zero Rating.

I would score zero if I could transaction on my account that I didn't do.Didnt even have the app on my phone when it was done Downloaded the app to track a parcel then deleted it,a few months later downloaded it again to check tracking,to see someone used my account from America.Do not trust this site with any information

Stay away! Shop doesn’t care about you as a consumer

I have bought a few things through the shop app. Let me first say that shop is the same as Shopify, and neither version provides ethical customer support. Shop/Shopify’s policy is “caveat emptor”. If there is a problem, you as the consumer must deal with the vendor, Shop just takes a healthy profit from the purchase and runs. In November I bought a product from a company called Forcecore. It was $189 and I bought it via the Shop app. I quickly received emails confirming my order and with shipping/tracking information from the vendor. Coming from China, so give it at least a month. In January I started querying Shop (very difficult) and the vendor. No reply from anyone even though I contacted them at least 3 times each. In February, the vendor website went down and the links for order confirmation and shipping information stopped working in original emails. The vendor is gone, took the money and ran. I doubt they ever shipped the item. Shop says they can’t do anything unless the links in the order confirmation works (and it doesn’t because it was hosted on the vendor website and that is no longer operating. Shop says “we facilitate consumers and vendors and provide a payment solution, it is up to the consumer, even though they buy directly through our app, to verify if the vendor is legitimate or not”. I lost $189, I’d take it to court, but it will cost me at least that much for the case to be heard, and I doubt Shop will even defend themselves or pay any judgement. Shop is irresponsible, immoral, and unethical, and that includes Shopify.

Absolutely disgusting! Zero help and just take the mick! I’d give zero stars if I could! I mean asking the stupid automated reply to put you through to human colleague 20 times and getting the same automated reply is the best you get! Going through bank for chargeback and reporting to relevant bodies

Shop Doesn't Support Customers

The vendor I ordered from refused to refund my money or replace the broken item. Shop.com did nothing to get the vendor to make things right. I'm still out the money with a pipe that broke.

Not much point writing a review!
As it's clear these people care nothing for their terrible reputation! Let's hope more people read the reviews before using this app. God i cant believe these companies get away with the way they operate! This lot are just terrible, just avoid using them, total nightmare if anything goes wrong with your order. No customer service. No way to speak to someone. Absolutely amazing how bad they are

This is a completely pointless app

This is a completely pointless app that doesn't fulfil its basic purpose.

Tracking is frequently (always?) wrong or non-existent.

There is no benefit to the customer at all.

Having to download a third party app to track a purchase from a retailer is ridiculous, especially when that app doesn't work. It is then nigh-on impossible to get rid of the stupid app that you didn't want in the first place.

Retailers are able to provide the customer with the tracking information direct and should simply do so.

How to make tracking an order hard werok!

What a pain! Logging into this app is hard work, Email log-in, then Google Log in and all the time being bombarded by ads for "favourite brands" - a phrase I hate with a vengence. All this just to track a delivery. I'll now avoid businesses that use this system.

The security is atrocious

The security is atrocious. Anybody can just use my email and place an order for whatever in a random country like Pakistan. And I have no way to remove it or flag it in the app. I feel this app is terrible at security and data protection and would not recommend anyone using it.

Website a joke

The worst ever if you think you been scammed, dirext you to a page that doesn't submit, probably designed to fail, they shoukd not allow you use shop when the company is a scam, they told me to contact the bank, they told me to contact the company that is the issue the company just don't reply or deliver good, I'm avoiding using shop going forward I thought it was a safe place to a store your card I'm not so sure

Should be zero stars

If only giving zero stars was an option.

The app is utterly useless at best, frustrating & annoying at worst. It doesn't allow tracking of packages, tells you that you need to link your email to it in order for it to function - and then gives no option for adding an email address anyway. It's rubbish, and I don't know why retailers use it.

Shady tactics and a total lack of value

Being signed up for this service without my knowledge was red flag number one. They shadily integrate into the checkout process so you don't even realize you’re dealing with a third party. I only caught it when my shipping address was reset to old info I hadn't authorized for that specific order.

What value does this even provide? It’s just a random third party holding my credit card info and causing errors. Unlike PayPal, which is an intentional choice, Shop forces an "automatic" sign-in that should be unlawful. To top it off, their support bot tried to gatekeep the account deletion process by demanding I explain my "difficulties" first. I don’t owe them an explanation. I’ve deleted my account and will be staying vigilant to ensure I never get sucked into this again.

No Customer Service

I've been using Shop for years and would rate them so-so. Today I canceled my account. I received two notifications about charges that I never made. When I followed the charges to the webpage, it wasn't there. I tried contacting someone in customer service to let them know that their website was hacked, all I got was a chat bot. There was no one to talk to and I was told that someone would look into my account in 24-48 hours. And when I said I wanted to talk to an agent, I got this sarcastic message "Help is available. If you or someone you know is struggling, please contact a mental health professional or a nearby support line. If there's an immediate threat to your safety, call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital."

Absolutely disgusting shop

Absolutely disgusting shop. I have being have so much headache with the app. Missing merchandize, take two months to delivery, they never follow up with the order and it’s a pain to get in contact with someone, clearly the shop app do not care about the customers. Too bad they don’t have minus zero stars, because that is what I give to them. I don’t recommend shop app. Total scam, beware.
