I love the bottle and flavour caps. I would liked it to have come with a freezable insert to keep the drink cooler for longer.

If I could give this no stars I would.
The bottle leaked water all over my bag and ruined my iPad. I sent a complaint into customer service on the 14th, their T&C say it will be answered within 3 business days and there’s July 20th and still no contact Barr a bit email 2 days ago to say they “haven’t forgotten about me”.
So I’m left with a £25 leaky bottle and an iPad in the hot press trying to dry it out.
Horrendous customer service.
Customer service reached out to me 5 days ago on July 22nd. I replied to that email and have heard NOTHING since.
Their attempts at resolution are performative and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
Do not give this company your money.

Some pods (Peach etc) have a very strong smell that makes you feel just a little nauseous sometimes, but other than that, I really love the concept and I’ve been drinking much more water since I got it!

This order cost me £41.99. I have actually never been so disappointed with an order in my life. If I ordered it in store I would have returned it and asked them if they were joking me. I have no idea why people are calling this 'magic' it doesnt work? I don't know if the scents are too weak but it doesn't work. I won't be recommending and it certainly won't help my daughter drink anymore water. The bottle itself is really nice, great packaging and design, however the bottle also leaks so not even fit for purpose.

Absolutely LOVE these bottles and the concept! Super easy to purchase, very fast delivery and lots of flavours to choose from. Only given 4 stars because the straws are a little disappointing, the water doesn’t flow very freely so you don’t get a full strawfull of water and have to keep sucking which is quite frustrating, particularly when thirsty!

The support team was very attentive, resourceful, and efficient. They were understanding and professional at all times.
The products are really nice and the delivery service very fast.

Airup support is amazing as well their products!

Tried this for the first time and I am really happy that I purchased. I was recommended this by a friend as they love there Air up.

Love the concept and the new O bottle with strap. The taste of the watermelon is so refreshing. The only downside to it is when you get to the last 8cm it is impossible to get the water out as the straw doesn’t work as good if the bottle is on an angle. Ordered on Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday.

Not much pods to choose. But I love some of them.

Appalling service. I ordered two bottles, along with two selection packs [£60+]. All items showed as being in stock. At the checkout, I was informed I was eligible for some free extras, which included a couple of packs of extra flavours. Postage said 2-4 days.

Over a week has passed and the tracker shows it's not packed yet or left the factory. So I use the Air Up bot to ask why. It told me there are items out of stock and the order cannot be progressed until they are in stock.

So I try to do a refund. I can't because they have not been delivered yet. So the bot said it would raise my concerns and Air Up will be in touch in 3 days.

Today, I've been informed via email, the free items Air Up said I was eligible for, are the items out of stock, so stopping my order from proceeding. With a message that Air Up will send my order in due course, wherever these items are back in stock.

I asked for a refund and I didn't ask for free items. I also ordered items on their website that said they were in stock.

We have several Air Ups for the kids, but this has put us right off. Terrible service, they cannot send me what I ordered, or give me an update of when the items will arrive, or provide a refund. Stay well clear.

I already have the dolphin air up bottle and I love it but I wanted one that I use at home or when I’m out and the O bottle was perfect! And it is perfect!! I love it and I could customise it with the colour of the bottle and the handle colour. I love it! Ordering it was great and the delivery was also great. I can’t complain for anything.

Don’t know how it works, but it works now. I’m drinking more water than I ever have. Thank you so much.

Well I really like my new bottle as my old one was hard for me to screw the lid bk on as for my new England one is a click one it's easier for me to use.
