After placing the order, I've got a total of 7 e-mails, to keep me informed, about the shipping process. Strangely shipping to a DPD shop, was much cheaper, then shipping to the door step.... See more

Very responsive

Even though the staff was on annual leave they still took the time to respond to my question through e-mail. Furthermore, the issue I had was one related to a stock issue which they anticipated beforehand so they had already ordered the items. So thankfully, the waiting time for me was not longer than usual.
