I have to confess im an Adam Audio Fan boy :)

This is the 2nd purchase of refurbished monitors I’ve made. I bought a 5.1 system during the Holidays. 5 x A4H monitors, 1 x A44H Center Monitor, and a Sub 8.

I was so blown away by the quality of the sound, the customization options, the remote adjustment through Ethernet. Truly amazing.

So I decided to upgrade my 2ch system in my living room with 2 x A77H monitors. And I’m even more blown away by the sound. Especially the low end. Solid and tight, not muddy and loose.

Customization is so well documented and easy to tune the monitors to my room. Even my wife was blown away by the sound. You have a customer for life.

If I could make one critique it is that there is not a sub with an Ethernet port for remote customization. That would truly make it a perfect system.

Love the quality, sound, build. All of it. Perfect.

Adam audio makes a very high quality headphone, the H200. I am very pleased with them. The bass response is what I like the most.

Quality company. I wish there were people to talk to but I’m not in Germany and I don’t speak German. (Much) I give them a pass on that. Great company though.

Was expecting item several days later. Turned up astonishingly fast. Downside is the item, H200 Headphones, hard to open and badly designed box.

Already using multiple ADAM monitors so I got these without trying as I got a nice deal. Will work more than fine for tracking with closed headphones.

Good sound and great deal

I purchased a Sub7 subwoofer from the Adam Audio website. It arrived and does not function. I tried troubleshooting with their support that did not resolve the problem. I have attempted multiple times to arrange a return and have not received any replies. The most frustrating part is that I have been repeatedly directed to pay for support from random “technicians” as part of the return process. I still have the dead subwoofer and no idea how to get a return approved. This has been a horrible experience and I would not consider any Adam Audio products now that I know how bad the support is.

The headphones were delivered very fast and excellently packaged. The quality is exceptional and their sound is very pronounced. They did transform my mixes.
