Overpaid for cheap sunglasses. I bought them for my husband's birthday, and they looked horrible. When I tried to get a refund, I met with a lot of resistance. They finally gave me their shipping address, and I paid to send the item back. Now they’re claiming they have no idea why I want a refund even after I already requested one. Stay away from this fraudulent company!
Terrible customer service, there is no way to return these and get a refund. The customer service will basically answer every email like they don’t know what you are talking about. These also cost triple of the actual price in other websites.
Item arrived broken. Can tell the glasses are cheap. After further investigation, you can buy them on eBay for £15. Tried to return glasses, to be met with every hurdle you can imagine. Asked them to not send a replacement as want to return for a refund, so they send a replacement and tell me not to return cause they’ve sent them? Honestly, don’t waste your time or money.
