Tasche bestellt- keine Tasche und kein Geld zurück!

Bag ordered, also arrived quickly, after about 3 weeks the first seams came loose.

I then complained about the bag. I was offered a 20% discount on the next order. Since I didn't want to order again, they offered to exchange the bag. All good so far. Then came the message that the bag is only available in 2 months. I requested a refund of my money, as this info has not been communicated that the bag is currently not available.

I've been waiting for my money for 3 weeks. After inquiry, I will be made to ask my bank!

I didn't get a refund and I'm still waiting!!!!
