Novara knife sharpener… Do not buy this product it’s dangerous, the knife falls off the magnetic block, in addition the 60 day return guarantee is only applicable if the product is unused, it’s a scam!!!

The pans are great. Part of my order got lost in shipping. Joel helped me get that sorted out and sent me the missing items. So far I really like them. Easy to clean and heat up quickly, which I like. Definitely recommend them.

My order arrive on different days, customer service tracked the order and informed me of progress.

I ordered a knife sharpener from Novara-shop.com. It said tracked delivery. I was sent an email confirming the order and a tracking number which when tapped took me through to Novara’s website which continually over the next 6 days said that the item was ready, no more. I also received a email from Evri saying that they were expecting a parcel from Cup01. As I hadn’t ordered anything else I assumed it was for the knife sharpener from Novara. Apart from emails trying to sell me more of their products I received no more updates from either Novara or Evri. Each time I checked on the Evri app it said they were expecting the parcel and no suggestion of an actual delivery date. Lunchtime today it was delivered by ROYAL MAIL. I’d planned to meet friends for lunch today, luckily it was cancelled this morning so I was at home. The product itself appears to be exactly what I was expecting and good quality, time will tell.
I’ve been online and looked for a connection between Novara and Cup01 and I’m told they are connected. Go on the search engine we all know, G***le, and type in Novara and Cup01 it makes interesting reading. I won’t mention it here, but it’s definitely worth looking at if you’re thinking of buying from Novara.
My point is why the Evri email if Royal Mail delivered it? Also if they say tracked delivery then a single confirmation email and one from a courier which has nothing to do the company that actually does the delivery doesn’t constitute tracked.
I would like to give more stars because the product seems good, but the lack of information and the whole delivery process was so confusing, strange and uninformative I very much doubt I’ll buy from the company again, whoever they are.

I ordered 3 sets of knife sharpener & only 2 arrived. Both Samantha & Joel were extremely helpful & Joel organised sending me the missing third set. Both were extremely polite& helpful

My pan and lid arrived on time with good updates on dispatch and delivery. However I am disappointed in the product. Save your money as even though this is a cheaper version than the more Hexiclad branded ones it is still not worth it. The reason is even after I followed the instructions to season the pan before first use I attempted to do a basic omelette which turned out to be scrambled eggs. The omelette stuck to the pan so bad I had to scape it off even after using oil. My first stir fry was no better as the pan started to burn at the edges of the stir fry and contents started to stick in places. I bought this as a tester to see what the rave was about. I was better off with my old non stick pan which cost only £10 and lasted 3 years. I suspect the more expensive branded versions are just the same as they utilise identical tech but are probably better quality but I’m now not convinced of the hype. Yes I can cook and I enjoy it. The pan looks good quality but in terms of its durability the non stick element was not very good which was the reason for my purchase. Very disappointed with it,

It was an easy process to order this item. I would like to know how many passes I need to do on my knives s all. I have only used it once but I don’t think I did it long enough or used the right pressure. Just a learn experience I guess. But it is very easy to use.

Definitely does not do what it says on the tin - omelette sticks! Very poor and wish I hadn’t bought it. Also lid not a really close fit. Avoid.

Fraudulent practice. Website full of lies about quality, warranty and returns. Bought pans (that you have to screw together) and knives. Quality very poor, not as advertised. I demanded a full refund and was told to ship them at my expense to address in the US where they do not even seem to have a building and my request will be "considered"! Nothing has been used, all goods as received. I have never experienced such dishonesty, such poor behaviour. This is fraud.

If there was a zero, that’s how many stars I would’ve given it. Do not go near these pans under any circumstances. I should’ve returned it straightaway but tried to persevere with it.

Anything I cook in it sticks, despite me seasoning the pan as per the instructions, and no matter what I do everything sticks to it. Total waste of money.

Nothing is non stick about these pans. If you buy these pans you are quite simply being ripped off like I was.
I seasoned the pans as instructed. Did all the right things and still left with pans that stick as much as stainless steel ones.
Don’t waste your money

I don't like the fact that i have to assemble the handle of the pans myself.
I worry that the handle will come apart while there is hot food in it as it shakes every time I use it.
The non stick needs using some oil with it.
Its easy to wash though just with water, and light scrubbing.
I also cant find a way to return them. Its too expensive for the value I am getting. I just hope the story about not having forever chemicals is true considering the pot seems to be failing in other areas.
Also the capacity of the 28cm and 30cm are the same only that the 30cm is wider but shorter than the 28cm.

Late arrival and non-stick does not exist!!!
Pan looked very nice and impressive but, following all start up instructions to the letter and using a low heat as recommended, my omelette stuck and I had to scrape off the residue!! Contacted Novara immediately with photos, demanding a refund. All I got was hints and tips and I’m sure from AI and not a ‘real person’!
Reading the small print, you cannot return once used. They will not accept any responsibility. I wish I’d looked at Trustpilot first as would definitely not have wasted my money!
Sadly, they don’t have a Facebook page as I would share my experience on there!

Dodgy - feigning to be UK company and asking for items to be returned to the States - AVOID

Do not buy any pans from this company do not waste your money. Pans are not non stick, the pans discolour after use and the lids fill up with water when put in the dishwasher. Contacted customer services wanted pictures of the lids to send through to their ‘Workshop’ sent through pictures of the pancake pan and they advised it was used on high heat i can assure you I did not. Very expensive pans and they do not do as claimed. Don’t waste your money as you will never get a refund just a load of excuses.

Avoid like the plague.

Requested to cancel my order after seeing reviews for the product. Fair enough my fault for not checking them. But I requested the cancellation minutes after order was placed.

I was told it was too late to cancel as it had already been dispatched which is a blatant lie. I will need to return once item has been delivered. Then when trying to return item after it was eventually delivered, they insist I have to send to their return centre in America at my own expense. Despite Item being dispatched from UK. Item is now sitting in their warehouse in the states while they refuse to issue refund untill 'the warehouse staff confirm item has been received'

An absolute joke all round. Don't waste your time or money.
