Shooting Star Entertainments is proud to be recognised by schools across England as one of the best theatre companies for schools, delivering high-quality, affordable performances that inspire, educate and entertain. We specialise in pantomimes for primary schools, Theatre in Education (TiE) productions, and curriculum-linked history shows that bring learning to life in a memorable way. Our productions are carefully designed to support the curriculum while still offering the excitement and magic of live theatre. From the lively adventures of Captain Wonderweb, tackling important topics such as anti-bullying, resilience and kindness, to immersive journeys through the Vikings, Tudors, Romans and beyond, every show is built to spark imagination, develop oracy, and support wider learning outcomes. Accessibility is at the heart of what we do. Every performance includes Makaton signing to support communication, and we offer SEND-friendly adaptations to make sure all children can access and enjoy the experience. Teachers often tell us it’s the best show they’ve seen in school and that they’re amazed by how fully we engage every child, regardless of age or ability. We know how busy school life is, so we make everything simple... we bring the set, sound, lighting and professional performers with us, so all schools need to do is provide the hall and the audience. Our aim is simple: to give schools the magic of a theatre experience without the stress of travel or big production costs. Trusted by hundreds of schools each year, we are committed to making theatre accessible and meaningful. If you’re looking for the best theatre experiences for primary schools, combining fun, creativity, inclusivity and purposeful learning, Shooting Star Entertainments is here to deliver!

The team worked so hard to bring our school a fantastic panto enjoyed by all of our children.
They coped so well with a less than ideal set of circumstances on the day which caused considerable disruption to the commencement of the performance, but were very professional and understanding.
We cannot thank them enough.
Despite this, the show was still a big hit with pupils! The jokes were funny, completely age appropriate and it was obvious that the whole thing was very well thought out. Our children had the best time!
We can't wait for next year!

The show was perfect for our setting, the introduction and explaining of the characters was really helpful for some of our children.
The start time and end time was accurate, however some children did ask if they could have a photograph with certain characters, this was not an option as the performers had already changed. This could be something that could be changed as it would make the experience more special for some of our children and young people.

Captain Wonderweb visited our school and put on performances for YR-Y3. Very well received. Engaged the children. Some children are still choosing from the poster what they are going to do today. Pitched well for this time of year.
