We have used Swiitch for both purchase and sale and we couldn't have been happier. It wasn't an easy ride, with two attempts to sell and four to purchase over a course a year, but we got there in the end. Liam Cook has always been very professional, extremely efficient and prompt with responses to any of our queries. He never showed any frustration or made us feel bad when things fell through. We felt very well supported and looked after and we are very grateful to Liam and his colleagues at Swiitch for seeing us through to our dream home!

Georgia was prompt at getting back to me. The staff were sympathetic when I thought the movement was was going very slow.

An excellent, quick service from Joy Oyewole and Daniel Wilkins. They were efficient and replied to any questions I had quickly and succinctly. It was also good to see that the different stages of the process was clearly marked on the Dashboard so that we knew exact where we were. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and we intend to use them in our forthcoming purchase.

I have not been particularly happy with this conveyancer and will not recommend.

They produced an "estimate" (not a quote) which included costs for indemnity insurances and then tried to charge an arranging fee. This was misleading.

They also seemed to make recommendations in relation to the transaction that were designed to enable them to charge additional fees over and above the original estimate.

They were particularly slow, asked for information multiple times and asked questions that no previous conveyancer asked for the property Subject to the transaction.

We recently completed our first home purchase with Swiitch, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Hannah Locke and Nicole Edwards.

As first time buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but they supported us every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, kept us regularly updated, and were always quick to respond to any questions we had.

The whole process felt smooth and well managed, and we were especially impressed that we were able to complete within just over a month. It really wasn’t a stressful experience, which we know is rare when buying your first home!

We’re so grateful for their professionalism and guidance and would highly recommend Swiitch - particularly Hannah and Nicole - to anyone buying a property.

As first time buyers, we’d heard plenty of horror stories about how stressful the process can be, but James made it feel straightforward and manageable. He replied to questions promptly, explained everything clearly, was always pleasant to deal with - and most importantly, timely.

We had strict time constraints with our new baby's arrival being estimated around 10 days after we hoped to complete. James and Charlotte were understanding of this and worked to deal with enquiries promptly and keep us in the loop throughout, which removed any extra potential stress.

We felt well informed and supported and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying a home.

I have now had time to relax after the stress I was put through when buying a flat. Always go to a High Street Solicitor would be my advice. There are many reasons for my advice . Mainly the ease of access , leaving messages and waiting for and sending documents by e Mail are some of the frustrations. Also nothing gets done after lunch time on Fridays . When trying to prove I had the funds to purchase the flat even my bank were rolling their eyes. Was it just this company ? Or are all solicitors like this ? I found the experience extremely frustrating so please don't use an online solicitor.

Highly recommend Beth Wheeler at Swiitch. Our previous experiences with conveyancers was that we were constantly chasing for updates and they were hard to get hold of, our experience with Swiitch has been quite the opposite. Very easy to pick up the phone to, very quick to respond to emails and very proactive with regards to getting the transaction completed.

Have just completed and moved into my first home! Although it did take almost 6 months, mainly due to leasehold and management company delays in actions and responses i cannot thanks Katie Sutherland and Claire Ward enough for their patience and persistence in chasing the sellers solicitor and management company.
