Concern Regarding Delivery Delays and Lack of Communication During Eid

I would like to highlight my concern regarding the significantly delayed delivery and the lack of proper communication during the Eid festival period. Despite multiple attempts, there was no response to my calls, and no one was available to provide updates or assistance.
Such service levels are not acceptable, especially during critical periods, and it has caused considerable inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure better responsiveness and coordination going forward.
