I bought many times at this website in the last year - the delivery is quick and price are good. 18 months ago the company was merged by one of the biggest consumer goods in Israel Schestowitz.

Not order received. No response on sent complaints. No point of contact. No money back. Be aware with this shop!!! Very high risk to lose your money.

Same as others - no shoes nor money after 1+ month. No point of contact. Other shops usually deliver in 3 days. No reply from this shop nor from the delivery company. But after 2 months I got the shoes. Delivery was so confusing. As if they tried to deliver, in contact with me, but then just disappear for days or weeks.

There is no customer service at all. Very bed experience. Still waitingto get my order.

If you are also waiting for your shoes since several weeks, please report shoes online to the Israeli customer protection agency gov . il/he/departments/consumer_protection_and_fair_trade_authority/

Shoesonline.co.il seams to be a fraud website which must be closed.

I didn't get my package for 3 months cause they didn't even pack my package, and the customer service is slow and not responsible

Horrible shop, they just want your money and don't send the orders!!! Scam at its high level....customer service practically non existent and everytime I contact them I receive the exact same email with the delivery status which is showing delivered when it wasn't. Scammers and definitely do not recommend at all!!!

They tried to steal my money.
I ordered shoes some 2 months ago which never arrived. They never contacted me.
After chasing them with 11 emails (as for scammers they don't have a phone number), I managed to get a refund which will appear at the end of this month (all in all will be 70 days of waiting for a refund on one pair of shoes.
Support was polite but super slow on response and again if I wouldn't have contacted them they would just keep my money and provide no service. Beware of these scammers!

Three times i have made an orders from this horrible store, three times my orders were canceled due to different reasons as-" the product is unavailable", "we have no idea where is your order" .Strongly do not recommend!!!The website seems to be completely fake.

I waited a month for my order, and another two weeks for a response from the customer service, to find out that my order had not even been shipped. They just cancel it.

It’s been 2 months since I’ve ordered and never got it. Customer support isn’t responding. I just hope I can get my money back somehow. Never buy from them.

Useless website selling shows they can not deliver and when asking why my paid for order has not been delivered they blame it on some European supplier . They then ask you if you want a voucher or a refund I requested a refund let’s see how long this will take to be settled . Stay away from this website there are enough stores with the same brands at same prices .

A buying experience that only equates to Dante’s inferno. I purchased a very expensive pair of shoes , using a coupon provided from work and added additional cash money. The shoes were supposed to arrive by a given date shown on the order page.When the due date arrived i contacted customer support only to discover that the item hasnt even been shipped yet. Miraculously, the moment i opened a support ticket, i received an sms from some delivery company stating the product is shortly to arrive to Israel. After which the status on the website changed to reflect the product has landed in Israel and is in the hands of a local courier. Alas, to my despair - another lie - as a week has passed and i suddenly received an sms indication that the shoes were just from abroad. Of course, the website then showed a new status - the product is now in flight. I havent received the product, a month has passed. To call this site a scam would be a compliment. One last thing to state is that the site never ever mentions it does not have a product in stock, doesnt let you know or inform you the shipping is unusually slow and is simply put - a scam. Your time and money is better put where it is appreciated.a meager compensation of about leas than 4% of the order is simply inadequate for such a waste of time. btw, if you accidentally use a coupon such as buyme, you will never get an actual refund - only site credits… so cancelling in effect is impossible.

Stay away!
Ordered a pair of shoes - waiting for one month just to be told (because i asked) that my order was out of stock.
Even for refunds they asked for additional 14 days.
—> This company is earning INTERESTS on sales they will never deliver ! They should be FINED.
If you still haven’t bought anything then look elsewhere.
Please report them!!! Way too many people are writing about the same “trend” (take money, wait for 2-3 months to refund and in the meanwhile they earn interests…)

Worst website in Israel, long delays, selling things out of stock, 0 customer service.

My friends told me not buy from them as it takes forever to get the parcel ( in their cases around 2 months). I still had a hope so i ordered birkenstock and got email that it will be delivered until the certain date. When the day came no delivery was sent to me. They do not have phone, only email so i wrote to them and in 3 business days they answered that the delivery company lost my parcel and they will give me points to my account plus some bonus points so i can buy different shoes. When i got points i found out that on their website they have exactly the same birkenstock and size i ordered in the past the one that they lost . So i ordered again but paid more money as they got more expensive . So i was waiting for 3 weeks to get it , they lost it , i ordered again same shoes , paid more and now need to wait another 20 busdiness days hoping that they will not loose it again. When i asked them
why i need to pay more for the same shoes that u lost , they told me because the prices are always changing , there is nothing they can do. So do not waste ur time and money on this website. Most of the people i know who tried to order from
this website , had troubles.

Update: they gave me the money that i paid extra back , hopefully i will get the parcel soon as well.

Placed an order January 29 to be delivered to an address in israel, they wrote 2 weeks shipping and it never arrived, when contacting customer service they answered a few days later (there’s no phone number) that it can’t be delivered because I chose pickup, which is a lie, I never chose pickup… they wrote they will refund the order, so far I didn’t get a refund, therefore I’ll dispute the charge.
