Shoes ruined 1 hour (indoors during ECCE) after wearing Geox shoes that I paid €70 for my 3 year old.

My husband was told that there is nothing that can be done.
Same issue with a previous pair of shoes, however they were ruined within the first month. I bought this pair thinking they would be harder wearing for 3 year olds.

Terrible, terrible service. Complained that shoes for my 4yo were defective, and not happy...only for the comment to be made that I should be thankful my son was not disabled to be able to wreck a pair of shoes! Brought back shoes, which were not cheap and less than 1 month old.. but could not come to any agreement, just our fault ! trying to support local, but only when local is also fair. Would not at all recommend.
