Impossible to order from the website. They ask you to send them money directly via paypal. I had to ask to go thought vinted. They agreed but they never sent the shoes.

I received the shoes in the wrong colour and had been reaching out to them for over a month already to resolve this, no response.

Bought my weddingshoes here. Really good quallity. I could walk on them till the end. Normally I would not where heels for that long. They walked so good and looked beautiful.

Save your time and money and don't order from here.
The quality is not good, the returning process is difficult and they don't refund your money.
I returned a pair of shoes, which were defect and I'm still waiting to get my money back, and they also don't respond to your email.

I ordered the Hayal Heels and received one shoe that was totally fine. But the other shoe was of poor quality. I wasn‘t mad about it because things like this can happen. It started to get annoying when I contacted the company as I wanted to send the shoes back and sent them some pictures of the „broken“ shoe. I wrote multiple Emails and Instagram dms and it took them almost two weeks to reply. They told me that they cannot see anything wrong with the shoe that clearly had bad quality in comparison to the other shoe, but still allowed me the to send them back (for 10€ shipping!) so that they can have a look in person. The shipping was very quicking and only two days later I received the message that the shoes arrived and I would get my refund within 14 days. This was exactly 8 weeks ago now. After multiple attempts of contacting I finally received an update. They told me that apparently the shipping company sometimes tells the customers that the shoes already returned to the shop even though they don‘t and that they will check for my shoes and do immediately my refund. This was two weeks ago and guess what.. I still don‘t have either my refund nor any reply on my last emails…
Bad quality can happen sometimes and is not a big problem, but the very disappointing customer service is the reason I would never recommend this shop.

I ordered from Germany. The delivery arrived quickly. It’s my favourite online shoes shopping place and I have never regretted ordering there!!!!

So happy with my supercute boots! They are classy but casual at the same time; exactly what I looked!! The delivery went smooth; I received it within two days.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. 3 pairs together in one order, and the 4th pair in a separate order, which came much later. I returned the first 3 pairs because the quality was terrible. I had to pay 10 EUR for shipping to send them back. I received confirmation that they received the return, but I still have not received my money and it's been one month. I have contacted them multiple times and they simply don't respond. I finally received the 4th pair and they are equally terrible quality. They smell of glue and you can clearly see that they were not assembled correctly. I don't want to risk sending them back because then I will just lose the money (plus 10 EUR more for shipping)..at least now I have one crappy pair of shoes for spending 240 EUR. My advice would be to avoid Shoes by Armel.

We ordered a pair of shoes for our wedding and it was mentioned to be 2-3 weeks). The order came two months later. In the meantime, the company did not respond to my messages or to late.
I got the shoes, the shoes for my wedding was a big mistake! The POOR quality OF THE SHOES can be seen everywhere (drops of glue, protruding threads). Don't order your shoes here. The quality is too too B-A-D. My shoes broke IMMEDIATELY after the first try and a short walk. Let's say 5 minutes?

LISTEN: consider another shop to buy GOOD stuff!

You give my money back of the shoes? No, I don't think so. You said to another customer also the same, and you didn't give her her money. Only a code to order new shoes! Let me laugh. What a bad idea and service!
