Very efficient service, good communication and speedy delivery

My friend used these and swore by them. I put them in merrell Moab 3 having taken the original insoles out. After 7 miles my feet were wrecked as they are too thick and did not leave enough room for the foot.

I'd like to reply to your comments but the system won't allow me to so I will need to write another review!
As stated the soles are not very well made, I wore then for about 40 mins and you've advised me that the logo was rubbed off, well the logo wasn't put on very well in the first place then was it?!
I had to wear them to find out if they were the right ones for me and unfortunately they were not so I returned them. I understand they need to be in resealable condition, but if you are making inferior products that cannot stand being worn for a minimal time without loosing their logo I think that is a you problem not a me problem.
As stated in my mail to you if you need the money that much that you won't give me a refund, you keep it, hopefully you'll invest it into making a better products so other unsuspecting customers don't have the same problem I had!

Easy to order, delivered on time comfortable to wear

I have used orthotic insoles for many years to stabilise and stop my feet pronating inwards. Before finding Shoe Insoles they were expensively made by a Podiatrist
now retired. In desperation I ordered from shoe insoles. I wish I had found this company earlier. A fraction of the price, superb service, I can't feel the difference other than I can now buy multiple pairs with ease and change them often. Sounds dramatic to say this is life changing but certainly is going to make things easier. Brilliant service. Using different sizes for different shoes. Often a larger size for trainers. You'l have to experiment.

Fit for purpose, no doubt superior to bog-standard high street product, prompt delivery, thanks.
