Ordered Bilstein's Jan 13 2022 still waiting

Ordered Bilstein's Jan 13 2022 for an Outback as they were the only ones who had all 4 listed in stock at a higher price and it was supposed to take about 1 week, got an email saying my order has been fulfilled called no answer and chat offline and called the next day and asked where is my order and the guy said they were shipped to the wrong address by mistake with other items going the the address they sent them too, then I asked what do I do now? just hang tight and they will be sent to you so far that was 3 weeks ago and nothing, no tracking number as promised and tried to call again to cancel order but no answer. I wish I had looked at the company rating first I never would have bought from them :-(

Ordered struts

Ordered struts, paid, and never heard from them again. Zero. Nada. Zilch. I called and sent several emails. Zero, nada, and zilch replies. To me that is bottom of the barrel. I've since bought from another site, already installed.

horrible customer service, no retuns of calls or email, need to return the wrong shocks. return site states order not found. im going to send them back anyway, my dime. see what they do. see if i lose my money and shocks at the same time. find another place to buy your shocks.

This company is horrible on service

This company is horrible on service, no return calls or emails or texts, no confirmation on order, should have read the other reviews prior to placing order.
Do yourself a favor and find another retailer to find your products.

Month later - no sign of parts

Placed an order on shocks that were in stock. Month later still haven’t arrived. Sent message requesting update and was never contacted back. Just requested to cancel order. Wait and see if they respond. How can a company continue to be in business with such poor reviews? That’ll teach me to not look beforehand

Almost 3 months and no parts. Or email. Or returned call. Or response to my chat message. Or response to my message on their website.

I have cancelled order. Go elsewhere and save yourself time and grief . ..

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a set of 4 shocks for my pickup. They sent the wrong parts. Ignored me for months and still haven’t refunded my $$ for the parts I paid to return to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional

After being jerked around for more than…

After being jerked around for more than 20 days because they didn't have my shocks in stock, I told them to stuff it and ordered elsewhere for the same price and free shipping. Go someplace else, Shockwarehouse is not a very good company and definitely not worth the aggravation.

bad business company

Paid for two sets of shocks by Amex they then cancelled my order and increased the price of the shocks, refunded back to my card which cost me nearly a $150.00 in exchange rate fees. Do not do business with these sharks!!!

Avoid at all cost

I would choose zero stars if it was an option.

Avoid this company at all cost. I received a defective shock absorber, had to pay $22 return shipping, and a $15 "warranty charge". A month after they received the bad shock, I finally had to dispute the charge on my CC because they never credited me.

DON’T DO IT

The only reason I give 1 star is because you can’t go any lower. They shipped incomplete parts order. Customer service is nonexistent. Furthermore, they are NOT an authorized Koni dealer.

Terrible customer service, did not fulfill warranty

Several years ago I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my truck. Order was received and I installed the shocks, all was good. Then one shock went bad (leaked) and needed to be replaced under warranty. Shock warehouse customer service was terrible. After contacting them numerous times, I was finally told to ship the shock to Bilstein in CA at my expense for testing to verify it was bad. Had to buy a new one and was told they would refund after results of testing. Sent shock to CA, shock was tested, but nothing from shock warehouse. Called and emailed many times, they kept promising they would look into it and get back to me, but nothing. Finally gave up and ended up out of pocket for all of it. Will never do business with them again.

Do not buy from

I have tried daily for two weeks by email, phone, text and even through Facebook to get ahold of someone to cancel a processed order from over a month ago and no reply. Order was over $400 so I may be seeking legal action

Horrible company

Tried to get an order status 5 times after receiving receipt that order was processed. Received no response from company via text, email, or phone.

Go elsewhere for your shock needs, this company wants your money but d9nt deliver the product. Customer service is non existant.

Dissatisfied customer

I ordered shocks for my truck that were shipped and did not receive because they were damaged in shipment. They said they were refunded but however I hadn't received a dime. I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM!!!!

The same experience as everyone else

The same experience as everyone else. Ordered shocks and struts and received the receipt but no tracking after a week. I emailed using their form, no response. I used the live chat function and received a message from "Mike" who said that they are waiting on one part to arrive and will be shipping my order on 11/10 and i will receive the tracking number. On 11/12 i contacted again asking for the status, no response. I looked at my credit card statement and it appears that they canceled since the charges disappeared, but didn't tell me after 2 weeks waiting for them. I used them to support a small business and had reasonable prices, i didn't check the reviews before ordering. If you want to succeed in business, you actually need to run a business. If you can't fill orders, then shut down your website until you can.
