Everything was fine, the website worked well and I easily narrowed down my options and picked something in my budget. The prices were good, slightly lower than other sites and seemed to have a better selection than some. The issues arose after I purchased my shocks, I didn't get an email with tracking numbers though that could have been my fault, the shipping wasn't super fast by any means but adequate, I received 2 boxes and opened the top one and it contained 2 shocks, I wasn't ready to start my project so I put the boxes away. 2 weeks later I go to gather my materials and open up the second box, it contained 1 shock, confused I checked my emails and found nothing from the company at all. I reach out to them and say wtf is going on and they had no idea, said they would look into it and get back to me, they are nice enough but no apologies or anything when I gave you $500 for 4 shocks and 3 weeks after placing my order I have 3 but apologies aren't gonna solve anything anyway. So I wait and 3 business days later I haven't heard anything so I email them back again and say is this some kind of scam? Cause I have never dealt with a company that not only is totally unapologetic after they screwed up and have had zero communication to let a customer know what was going on. They get back to me and say oh, our warehouse confirmed only 3 were shipped out, they are waiting on more from the manufacturer they should have them in another week or so and then they will ship them out. Which is fine, but it would have been nice to know that their "in stock" label doesn't mean they have them or at least as soon as this problem came up they could have reached out and refunded my money or given me other options, i would have honestly bought more expensive shocks at that point if I could get them quicker and they had offered. Anyway I took over a month from order to having all 4 shocks in my hand and they are as described, the website and purchasing process were fine and shipping for the most part was ok too, but they have zero communication and don't seem to care a whole lot once the purchase has been made so don't expect much from them. This is the first I've heard from them since and I assume these "rate us" emails are probably automated. I personally would not purchase from them again barring some very compelling reason.

I had a brief chat asked one question, they sent me a link to there site for what i needed. Shipping was fast, added my new H&R lowering coils, drove the car to work that evening, and it was like wow, smooth ride, love’em. This is my 2nd set from this company and they are an outstanding company with great customer service, and they stand by there products.

Didn't need anything with this part of my order, but had some backorder issues with another component. They contacted me right away when the manufacturer announced backorders were extended, gave me some options, and worked through the best path forward for my situation. Over all I had no issue getting the shocks I looked up what I wanted and it worked out I didn’t think my old shocks were worn out till I took em out and the difference between those and 5100 was night and day way less body roll truck took corners way better

One of my 2024 GMC Sierra's shocks failed after 1.5 years. Instead of making me jump through a bunch of administrative hoops, the SS team stepped right in and actually helped me claim the warranty.
They were incredibly efficient—verifying the issue and shipping out the replacement hardware right away, without the usual headache of making me mail the blown shock back first. I just wrapped up installing the new one, and the truck's suspension damping and overall ride quality are completely dialed back in. It’s so refreshing to deal with a team that actually advocates for you during a warranty claim.
