The movers were great and really effective. I feel they showed up on time, worked hard and got our move done quick. I would hire them again for a future move.

Speedy mover and were on time. They came right out, worked hard and got our move done fairly quick. This was one of the better moving experiences I had. They disassembled and reassembled things for us as well which made things more helpful.

These movers came highly recommended from a co-worker, I can see why. They were on time, worked very hard and got our move done the same day. I had told them I wanted to be charged a flat rate, and they stood by that. We moved from a smaller condo, to a 3 bedroom house in the same city. They were able to move everything without any damage to our things. Happy with how things went.

Our Labor Day move was a complete success! Sammy and his team came out and got our move done the same day! Despite it being hot, and it being a holiday weekend, they worked wonders and got our move done quick. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my move with them

The team was super professional, very hard working and didn't complain during the move. They mounted two larger TVs for us, put the furniture back together, a few other things that we thought were really nice. I feel the entire service was white glove, professional and thorough. I will be referring them to both family and friends.

These guys did an amazing job with a recent business move. We had them clear out a warehouse and relocate to Buffalo. We had them stop at one of our other offices, which was no problem. They were all very reliable, on time. Highly recommend these group of movers.

The movers showed up in a very timely manner. They were polite, didn't waste a moment. I feel the truck they showed up in was sizable for the move. Service was good, they were on time. They managed to move our 2 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom house out of state. Fromw hat I noticed, they stacked things a certain way to prevent any damage. I wanted to give it some time before I went on to share, but its been about a week and I havent noticed any problems. I'm satisfied with how the move went.

I had a great experience with Shleppers! I had originally booked with another company that fell through. In a panic, my wife and I called around and they were the only company willing to come out with such short notice. I feel they were really on top of things, and got our move done without anymore added stress. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I hired these movers for an out of state move. The service was very effective, not too expensive. The team of two showed up to get our belongings. They had the truck loaded in just a few short hours. Due to the distance involved (NJ), they were able to deliver in two days, which was understandable. I feel they were fast, effective with the move. I would use them again

This company came highly recommended to us, I can see why. The work very hard, they were really nice to my family and dog during the move. We ended up buying them lunch, but that was well deserved. They had to move things out of a second story level without the use of an elevator. If you’re looking for a reliable moving service at a great rate, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Shleppers! On the day of the move, they showed up within the set time frame they originally provided us with. We had told them to be very careful with a few things, and they were very mindful of that. I feel that the service went just as we had hoped. I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring this company again.

The movers were entirely unprofessional. The salesperson agreed to certain conditions, including moving our new washing machine. We also did a FaceTime call prior to him providing an estimate so he was 100% aware of the amount of boxes that would need to be moved. On the day of the move, the movers acted like they didn’t know the washing machine needed to be moved and that they could do it for us as a favor, even though it was clearly stated on their checklist. The supervisor of the crew complained the entire time about the amount of boxes and the time it would take to pack and move everything. They damaged several items during the move, including breaking a TV. The claim will only cover $.60 per pound for each damaged item, which won’t even cover the cost of tax for a new TV. And to add insult to injury, they took drinks from my refrigerator without asking, even though I had bought several bottles of gatorade and water for everyone. Save yourself the grief and find someone more reputable.

I booked Schleppers because they gave me a good quote - they then proceeded to charge $3,000 more once they arrived and actually packed the truck.

Communication was terrible and I could not get an answer as to when my furniture was expected to arrive.

Once it did arrive, several pieces were damaged, including my vintage bar. They have an insurance company you can go through, but the wait time is a few months, so now I have broken furniture all over my house.

Terrible customer service and actual service. Please go somewhere else.

A shady, fly-by-night company that will take your money and then vanish. I complained to the NYS Attorney General's office and learned that Shleppers has been the subject of labor law violation complaints, for which it was forced to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars to the state. Apparently, they're trying to get that money back by taking advantage of unwitting consumers. They promised me a white glove move and pack and unpack and failed to deliver on any of the three guarantees although they charged me in full prior to the job (which I later found out is also wrongful) and refused to refund, even partially. Save yourself and do not use this company.
