What a brilliant service! Very straightforward and convenient to use it and the staff is lovely! Wish they had this service available across the whole country and not just selected councils, but that’s down to funding and not the company itself.

Fantastically easy, clear, discreet and efficient service. After using their quick (usually three- to four-day turnaround) postal testing service many times, I was asked today via SMS to call a consultant there for the first time re the results of my tests which are currently with their lab. The consultant answered my call promptly and was professional, friendly, clear and reassuring. Exemplary service in every aspect.

SHL is an amazing program that has helped many Londoners and, as I’ve noticed, freed a lot of space in clinics for F2F appointments when they are really needed.
I understand some samples are a little bit harder to collect than others. But like anything new it just takes a little patience. And SHL has really good tutorial videos to help you out!

Easy, straight forward and fantastically well coordinated. The test pack arrived very quickly and once posted back I had the results message in just a few days. I did require straight forward one off treatment the following day quickly organised.

Cannot rate SHL.UK highly enough. Fast, efficient and thorough with all they do. Discretion assured, long gone are the days of a visit to the clinic, queueing for hours along with everyone else. A positive result ensures an appointment at the majority of clinics within 24 hours and treated accordingly. Excellent service for those not in a monogamous relationship whilst ensuring your health is monitored regularly. Your wellbeing is paramount with well placed questions as part of the online referral process.
