Fantastic customer service as always and the products are faultless. The guys working there are friendly and always up for a chat and incredibly knowledgeable about the beer and give fantastic recommendations. I wanted to purchase a beer for a family member but was unsure which one to pick, after describing my family members taste I was recommended a mini keg of Gold Star and it went down an absolute treat, I will buy from Shipstones over and over again

Started buying beer direct from Shipstones during lockdown. Excellent customer service and damn good beer.

The beer is not bad but my review is more about the shameless greed and blatant profiteering during lockdown. I bought a 20ltr poli pin beer box for £50 with free local delivery. Brilliant I thought and the Hollow Stone Pale went down very well.
So when the inevitable happened and it ran out I went online to order another only to find the greedy brewers had raised the price by 50% from £50 to £75 in less than two weeks! Shame on you at Shipstones. I will no longer be supporting this particular local brewery.
