Shop regularly until recently at asda Shipley but to my dismay found they are ripping customers off by displaying a lower price on shelf but charging more at the checkout e.g. I have been buying cat biscuits namely Crispies bar code 613038 273495 for a few weeks now being charged £3.06p price on shelf displayed as £2.46 I only discovered this recently on checking my receipt so today I checked the price on shelf £2.46 bought 1 packet scanned it came up £3.06 pointed this out to the assistant who said the error is on their system causing this to a lot of items in store she did not remove incorrect ticket or immediately report matter to management even after I pointed out it was illegal and breaking the law unfortunately I can't produce pass receipts as I always shred them be checking all your purchases from them as you may be getting ripped off

All was good as far as the collection / delivery and driver were concerned however I was shocked by the 50%+ margin Shiply applied to the overall charge. Very greedy and will not be using again that’s for sure !

Terrible company to deal with I arranged a courier through them paid my deposit and 4 the company picked my furniture up but now have stopped communicating and as far as I am concerned they have stolen my furniture , contacted Shipley and they tell me they take no responsibility for the couriers , please don’t use this company !!!!

Shipley wont return my money wont reply to emails wont answer the phone they make sure you cant phone . its ok when they take your money but dont like returning it . will have to go to COUNTY COURT .

Went on to the Shipley app as they are middlemen who circulate to transport companies for quotes. I needed a guitar I had purchased to be collected to be delivered to my address. Filled in the dimensions and weight on the Shipley site, and waited. Several companies did contact me with quotes, but asked for more information. On receiving the extra information every single one doubled their price. What more did they need other than size and weight which they received from Shipley originally?. Why give a quote based on the Shipley info, and then request more and justify increasing the price? Why not request the extra info and then give you the price? When I did not accept any of their quotes, they then came back to me with lower prices. What was the most odd thing about it all,was that one of the quotes got back back to me and was concerned about the length of the parcel which they somehow thought was over 4 metres long. Bear in mind they were informed that the parcel was a guitar. Did they really think that a guitar could be 13 foot long? The whole thing was totally inept and unprofessional and entirely a waste of time.

Waited hour and a half ordered through just eat delivery times change four times called restaurant five times staff rude and unhelpful refused to check order number finally site said prepare order driver at restaurant but restaurant say no driver there no orders waiting! Finally order show up food clap cold driver say all drivers gone home! Have asked for refund not received yet left bad review on just eat. Service appalling
