Due to years of smoking and battling severe depression, my natural teeth had fallen into terrible condition. Looking back at old photos, I realized that I hadn't truly smiled for a camera in years. Seeing how much this affected me, my partner suggested we look into alternative solutions. After extensive research into various snap-on options, we decided Shiny Smile Veneers seemed like the absolute best and most cost-effective choice.
The at-home process was straightforward, but you must be patient. I watched their instructional video multiple times, paid close attention to every single step, and took my time making the impressions. Doing this ensures they accept your mold on the first try.
The results were completely astounding. I was overjoyed the first time I snapped them on. They arrived right before a vacation to Europe with my partner, and for the first time in a decade, I am actually smiling in every single vacation photo.
Since returning home, my daily life has completely transformed. It is so much easier to have real, face-to-face conversations with people because I have the confidence to smile and be myself.
One thing I notice in other reviews is a misunderstanding of what this product is. These are removable veneers—a beautiful, custom-made decorative facing. They don't permanently fix or change your underlying teeth; they simply cover them up perfectly. My natural teeth are exactly the same underneath, but the confidence these give me is priceless.

Overall, I had a good experience with Shiny Smile Veneers. Although I had to redo my impressions several times, it was mostly because I didn’t follow the instructions as carefully as I should have. If you’re ordering, I highly recommend reading and following all of the instructions from start to finish.
One tip that would have saved me a lot of time: send a photo of your very first impression to customer service before making any additional impressions. They can let you know if you’re on the right track and provide helpful feedback.
There were moments when I wanted to give up, but the customer service team was excellent. They were patient, encouraging, and guided me through the entire process until my impressions were finally approved. Their support made a big difference, and I’m grateful for their help.

I purchased a full set in the pearl color. I received the forms within a week. They were easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. I sent them off and a few weeks later the set arrived. I can't believe how well they fit and are very secure. The only concern I had was the pearl color for me was just too bright. I am 72. I called customer service and they are going to make the set in the darker shade. I am very excited. I will wear them all the time. Thank you shiny smile I love my smile

Super fast shipping of my impression kit. Was kept aprised of things going on the whole way. Was (very nicely) warned that they saw a potential cavity in my images I had sent and needed to have it taken care of. I just feel like this company is trying to provide a very high quality product at a very good price, and doing everything correct/right along the way. Much appreciaited! I accidentally mailed back my impression kit WITHOUT the label inside the box. I tried to go back to post office to get it and put the label inside (so they would know who sent it) but USPS would not allow that. So I emailed ShinySmile and they immediately responded that I would be OK, everything would be linked to the tracking number on the box, and I had nothing to worry about.

The fit was perfect. The color pearl was too white for my liking. The hardest part about all of this is learning how to smile again.

Customer service was very good. Had to remake my top impressions and their response was very fast and helpful. Quick responses to emails and very thorough feedback. Can’t wait to receive my finished product!!

I've been wanting to order these for awhile now. I was just scared of my veneers not turning out good. I saw all the good reviews and the great experiences that customers had when they purchased their veneers. The only thing I have to say is I have a slight lisp when I talk. They said that will be like that for a couple of weeks, and if it's still there tell them and they'll fix that. They are the most beautiful natural looking teeth. I'm so excited to smile now. I used to be so depressed about it, Shiney smile Veneers have changed my life.

The staff with customer service are very quick, efficient and friendly. I have not received my veneers yet so I will update when completed.
