I really want to give Shiny Smile Veneers a 5 but how mine turned out, I have to deduct a star. Backstory, I chipped my front tooth, the small chip went up and gave me a gap. The broken exposed side then started to develop a cavity. I am currently saving for implants and didn’t want to spend $2K on 2 crowns that I will just remove next year when I have my implants done. That being said my daughter was getting married and I wanted to be able to smile ( I am a tooth smiler so the cracked front tooth was not going to make me comfortable.) Here’s where Shiny smile comes in. I started seeing ads on my social media and seeing the ads the teeth on others looked great. I end up ordering them and the process is super easy. They send the kit. I send pictures. I do the impressions, send it back. Within days they email me and tell me my impressions are good and we are being put in line for production. It took about 2 weeks to get back which was super fast because they said 3-5 weeks. All of this process… 5 stars, but I received them and that’s where the excitement stopped. The veneer arrived twisted and looked a little demented and were not going in my mouth. I actually decided to put them in warm water to see if that would help and it did. I was able to snap on the veneers but they were super tight and made my mouth and gums hurt especially on one side. My left side fit perfectly but the right side and front are high and in my gums and make it super hard to take out how they sit pressing in my gums. On top of that, my teeth look super big and you can see them when my lip is just normal. I recognize that these cover your natural teeth so yes they are going to be bigger, but they are huge in my mouth. I have been wearing them for 2 weeks as much as possible to be ready for the wedding and I still had a lisp. I still fight the right side to get out of my mouth. I still have 2 spots that are irritated and get littles cuts from them digging in. And I am uncomfortable wearing them more than I need to because they are so big I feel like Jim Carrey in The Mask. So, if you are looking for a temporary cover for say business or personal so that your confidence isn’t shattered by a bad tooth, these are worth it. Just be prepared that they may look a little obnoxious

I’m not going to lie I was rather frustrated with the fitting process. But 3rd times a charm yall nailed it. Adding the closure to the back left top veneer locked them into place 🤗 I can feel they are thinner and have a more natural feel and look! Thank you so much for hearing me out each time. I’m highly impressed and happy!!!
If you’re someone looking to get veneers at a great price that look great. This is definitely for you. I only have six top front teeth and they were able to make me a complete smile that I feel very comfortable with. It was worth every penny I would do it again.

I originally purchased Shiny Smile Veneers with the hope of finally loving my smile. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing.

After receiving my veneers, I wore them consistently and gave myself time to adjust, assuming the discomfort was part of the normal break-in period. However, instead of improving, I experienced constant gum bleeding and severe headaches from the amount of pressure they placed on my teeth and gums. After nearly a month, the pain was still unbearable.

I contacted customer service and was told that someone would reach out to help with a new fitting. Then…nothing. Two months passed without a single phone call or email. Had I not followed up myself, I truly believe my case would have been forgotten.

At that point, I requested a refund because I no longer had confidence in the product or the customer service. I was reminded that I had agreed to a no-refund policy at the time of purchase. Instead, they offered to remake the veneers and expedite shipping. I declined because there was no guarantee that a new set would fit any better, and I would essentially be starting the entire process over again after already waiting months.

I understand that companies have no-refund policies, but I also believe there should be exceptions when customer service fails to follow through. In my case, at the very least, a partial refund would have been a fair resolution given the circumstances.

I wanted to love this product, but between the painful fit, months of waiting with no communication, and the unwillingness to make a reasonable exception, I was left extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shiny Smile Veneers.

Didn’t know what to think at first about teeth that just pop right on but once I received them I was very impressed.. They looked great and fit great ..No one new that I had them on and commented how nice my teeth were ..

So far my experience has been good. I am only giving 4 stars because there was a wait time in getting a video appointment for my sister after one of her molds was rejected. I was told by an agent to expect a call one day at 4:00 EST and the call never came. When we called the company the recording stated they were closed. I contacted SMV immediately, and after much discussion with an agent who told me that the person who had initially given that time was new, my sister was given a new date and time for her appointment. It happened that day and the new mold she did was a success. All in all, however, she did mold 4 different times. My sister is in her 70s and she was not able to make the molds herself. We had to depend on relatives to help her, and the process wasn’t easy. It would be great if there was an office that a person could go to to get the help,
My sister received her upper veneers and she is very happy with how they look and feel. We are waiting on her bottom veneers.

The customer service team was nice and helpful. The process was easy to do. They felt great and looked good.

The communication was excellent! I knew when everything was being shipped and had all the information I needed to know to make the impressions here at home.

Hi, first I have to say great product and customer assistance via AI assistance and actual person interaction.
I had issues getting the perfect mold needed for the veneers. After a few attempts and another kit ($22 very cheap I think). I got the mold. After a few wks got the careens off white. So glad I didn’t go with bright white. I’d look like Ross from Friends in the teeth whitening episode. Anywho, these are wonderful! I ordered them for my Fiancé for our wedding in 3 wks. She’s got her confidence back. She smiles more and looks even more beautiful .

I never thought this would be the answer when my front tooth was knocked out and the cost to correct my smile was prohibitive. Shiny Smile very professional throughout the entire process. Being an advanced senior was not sure how this would work.
This was a wonderful experience and I can now smile with confidence.

Customer service here is top notch I could not be happier with this. I reached out several times via email throughout the process of getting my veneers and got a response each time within 24 hours. The whole process is extremely easy, from the time you receive your kit to mold your teeth for the veneers until the time you actually receive them. On top of all that, I was actually stunned at how PERFECT they fit me.
As I stated I could not be happier and I recommend SHINY SMILE VENEERS to anyone that wants that great smile!

The team at shiny smiles is very responsive and very clear as far as what they need, what they will accept and how long things will take from start to finish. They are not the fastest turn around times but if they make veneers as well as they communicate I will be giving another five star review!

Shiny Smile Veneers is the best clip-on veneers I've ever used. They fit perfect, and no lisp. They gave me my confidence back and also my smile back. Before getting shiny veneers I didn't smile much, but now I don't have to cover my mouth when I laugh, and I smile more often now. I am very happy with my Shiny Smile Veneers.

First off the veneers take about 45-55 days to actually get to your house unless you pay the extra cost for express shipping which is $150 dollars. Second, they don’t fill in any missing teeth as it says. Third, my veneers were somehow lost in the mail when I sent them back for fitment and they wouldn’t warranty them. Told me it was past the 60 days for replacement and they could offer me a discounted rate of $150 dollars for replacement. I still don’t have my veneers and it’s been nearly 6 months.

Communication was horrendous. Took multiple emails and calls to get any kind of human response. Veneers are extremely CHEAP looking and even after multiple tries, they still aren't right. One word of advice, don't do it!!

They have kept me updated and well informed through each step of the process. Its been fairly quick process overall. So far so good.

Good experience but once a loop poles, gotta jump through to get it done. I enjoy the final product.

The whole process was very easy. Making the impressions was fine if you followed this instructions. I ordered the Hollywood bright white, which was just a little too white for me. They fit perfectly when I received them except my two front teeth protruded a little too much for my taste. Customer service has been great and has been helping me fix the problem.. I love them so much. I’m going to order a set for my brother and surprise him.

I ordered the Champagne upper veneers. Been wearing them daily for 6 months. Fit great, look great, so natural looking & the profile exactly matched my real teeth!! 100% satisfied with quality & craftsmanship.
