Terrible service. They sent me the wrong size so I asked for an exchange or refund. But they are still making me cover the shipping costs. When it was their fault for sending me the wrong size.

Terrible quality product, wasn’t even close to matching the pictures on Instagram. I bought a “swimsuit” which had a snap closure underneath so obviously not swimwear, their customer service refused to help, best they would offer was a return at my own expense

This Company is a rip-off! Do not order from them. I wish I would've seen these reviews before purchasing!
When my dress arrived, it did not fit the sizing guidelines, so it didn't fit me. Also the rinestines that were glued on began falling off immediately upon taking it out of the package. The fabric and boning are cheap
And unlined. I expected more from a gown that cost me over $300. When I asked to return it, they said no because the quality was fine when it arrived! What a scam! And to make matters worse, I paid with pap-pal credit which I now have to make payments on for something I can't even use! I am so discusted!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Don’t buy from them! They don’t reply and the dresses are aweful.

I am waiting for my order for more than a month…I have send them about 7-8 emails and only answer in one more than two weeks ago told me that my order is ready to be delivered.. no news yet, no tracking number! They didn’t give you your money back!

Scammers! Dress quality is terrible and wrong size! They don’t want to refund! Said they will give me a coupon or something, but I would never shop there again!

Dont buy it people they will send you wrong dress and wont return moneyyy!!!!!!

This is absolute garbage! The company is a scam! My friend received the wrong dress and the company won't give her money back or even send her the right dress! It was their mistake and they don't want to take accountability for it. Awful experience, don't purchase anything from them if you don't want to get robbed!

That quality is absolutely poor, don’t purchase in that company, they don’t return me back the money. I purchased a dress looks like curtain. The customer service is very bad. They said is going to return me 5% of this dress that was expensive..

Quality and fit of dresses are really bad, poorly made and material looks cheap. Avoid!

Complete scam!! Not responding now, no refund, no dress. Do not use them !!! Absolutely livid. How is this still even allowed to happen????

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM I RECEIVED NOTHING BACK JUST TOOK €60. I did it on the 26 Feb and nothing I complained and “Candy” replied saying they were going to prioritise my order to be shipped on the 14 of March. My holiday is over and still no sign 7 weeks later disgraceful please avoid this site
