What a Disappointment
Almost a great idea
The concept was great but the issues with the app, batteries, leaking units certainly had an impact on their ability to remain in business. Now that they have filed for bankruptcy I doubt this idea will return until somebody works out all the bugs.
The app is terrible
The app is terrible. I used to be able to order cleaning pods from it. Now I can’t. Even the contact support button doesn’t work. Would love for someone to contact me. It’s impossible to get a hold of an actual person. Fix those things and I’ll change my review, but as of now, not a happy customer.

Each of the three Shine cleaners I…
Each of the three Shine cleaners I purchased have different issues:
One will intermittently connect, but mostly doesn't. The wifi signal strength is high with any other device in the same area.
The second does not spray much anymore, the motor is very weak even when the battery is fully charged.
The third will not connect at all, so it hasn't even been used.
