These people are to be handed over to police.They are the highest cheaters I have ever seen.they are here to rob your money.they give lot of assurance and do not fulfill even a single one.They are totally junk and fraud.never ever trust them. government should take action to punish them and ban them.

I recently signed up with Shine jobs portal and was immediately contacted about their premium services, which cost ₹4,660. I paid, expecting a relationship manager to help with my profile and share it with recruiters. However, things took a turn when the manager asked me to pay an additional ₹7,800 for a job report and presentation based on a career assessment. I was surprised, as I thought the initial payment covered profile sharing. After paying the second amount, they demanded ₹14,000 more for LinkedIn visibility and profile sharing with recruiters, which I couldn't afford. I requested a refund, but they refused, citing no prior disclosure of hidden charges. Their payment process seems to involve sending invoices in succession, leaving customers with no choice but to pay more.

They are totally frauds they cheated me 50000 rs.
I would like to express my concern regarding the recent experience I had with your sales team. They initially informed me that the quoted amount was final and requested payment. However, after I made the payment, I received additional payment requests.

This approach feels misleading and unprofessional. I believe transparency and clear communication are very important in maintaining customer trust. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that such situations are avoided in the future.

I got a call from shine employee name Priyanka Sharma, she offered me shine deal to get good job, she did lots of fake commitments like - Sir hamari service charges hai 3000 RS with taxes, jisme ap ko priority di jaye gi, 1 year tak plan valid rahega, resume build hoga,ap ko 1 week me job mil jaye gi, ap rm ke sath jaisa bolnge ke cooperate karna, rm appoint hoga aur wo ap ki profile par work kar ke ap ke trust me sir 1 week me good job par land karenge. 1 year tak valid rahe ga, unlimited changes.Ab maine le liya service. Phir Ek bhai sahab call karte hai toh unse meri appointment fix hoti hai aur wo profile ko aage badhane aur na jane kya work karne ke liye 4650 rs bolte hai, background verification karwane ke liye, phir aur charges, phir aur. Mast me chuna lagane wala kaam karte hai. Sir ap trust kar ke le lo, ap mere according chalo kal ko result mai ap ke according la kar dunga. Khair mail plan 4650 ka nahi leta hu. Ab khel dekho 4650 plan nahi liya toh sab ke call aane band ho gaye profile, Priyanka Sharma ji ne toh bola tha sir ap ko sirf 3000 hi payment karna hai aur uske baad kuch nahi. Chalo jaise taise 2 week beita, phir maine kuch questions puche Shine say via email to offical mail of shine. Toh ek bhi questions ka jawab nahi de paye. Sare genuinely question hi the..Chindi sa simple excuses de rahe the. Aur koi reply abhi thak nahi aaya un questios ka, na hi rm ki call aai apne aap without escalations, aj 2 month say jyada ho gaya koi interview ka 1 bhi call nahi aaya. Na hi inka samne say profile ke baare me. Phir telecallers bolte hai sir RM jaise bolega ap cooperate karna (paiso jitna mange de dena) hum interview bhi nahi align karwa payenge, koi achi opportunity nahi hai portal per, algorithm itna sada hua hai ke ap ke location say 1k km dooor job banglore ka bataye ga. Aur toh aur 1 saal ki service commitment ko 6 month me khatm kar denge..Kya kiya hai profile par pata nahi but abhi tak na toh ek interview ki call ai , na hi rm ka same ne say call aaya. Na hi job lagi. Toh dosto ek sikh milti hai ke...Job paisa de kar nahi dhoondhne saye koshish say milti hai..in frauds aur lootere ke baato me na aaye. Mai sabit bhi kar sakta hu ke agar ye genuine hote aur inko apne paid service kar bharosa hota toh mere email ka jarur reply karte, but abhi tak aaya nahi. Mujhe 3000 ka gum toh nahi hai .lekin ye jhuthe log na jane kitne sapno ko apne pairo me daba dete hai..lalach de kar..toh lalach buri bala hai..jo fasa wo jala hai..
Wo questions aj bhi pending hai jo maine shine say puche the. Ja reply aaya aur na hi job aai.. Thank you shine. Hall of Shame.

Pls be aware of this scam services from shine.

Initially they will ask for very small amount for their job services very nominal. One will think ok let me proceed and then comes the important step of call with their relationship manager.

Here some B Grade / C grade guy will come and talk to you and listen about your profile who does not even have an iota of idea what you do

Then comes payments - a never ending tale of losing money one after the other

They will send you one payment link then second then third and ultimately ends at 5th or 6th or futher total amount you pay is now huge. Also these payment links are highly malicious you will get calls from your bank warning you not to pay as well.

Ultimate fake - absolutely unprofessional services

If you call their customer care you will get threatened why you are calling multiple numbers - it seems same person owns all the numbers

Now comes a call from another person assuring everything is good and you just need to complete one more final payment ---- now one realizes they have ended up in a scam

I lost 36000/- for nothing to these people

Writing this review if it helps someone else to save their hard earned money pls do so and dont fall prey to such scams pls

Shine is fraud and scammer.they insist to pay first 3340,then 5000 then 9000 ,they asked to pay 17000 remaining. Which is fully fake.please do not register this site

This platform is easeful for nonit roles.

First time they taken payment of Rs. 3380 for getting premium service.
Second time they have taken payment of Rs. 4673 for educational verification.
Again they are demanding payment of Rs. 9556 for employment verification.
For the first time they only demanded payment of Rs.3380 for getting premium service.
Total I paid Rs.8053 in that they will only highlight my resume to the recruiters whom i will choose also one of their attached agency will verify my highest education which has no use.

This is an eye opener for all job seeker who want to register in shine.com for job search.

Shine.com (shine.com) is absolutely a fraud and scammer. They will make you buy and then will keep taking additional money with additional services without which their initial services sold wont work as expected.

IMPORTANT: Their service doesn’t helps in any way to get any calls for job.

Pathetic experience with the shine.com...dont take paid services. All are fraudy existing here ....

I purchased Shine.com’s Application Booster Package for ₹3700, which was supposed to include resume building, a relationship manager, and career counseling. After payment, the relationship manager contacted me and said my resume needed improvement — which was fine, but soon I was told that before job hunting, a profile verification process is mandatory, requiring an additional ₹5000–₹6000. This extra cost was never disclosed upfront, making the ₹3700 seem like only a registration fee.

On top of that, Shine pressures you to pay on the spot during calls. Whenever I asked for a few minutes to think, they repeatedly called back immediately. During one call, the relationship manager even used a rude tone, insisting I “make sure I am available” at a specific time. Later, when presented with the ₹5000–₹6000 charge, he demanded an immediate yes or no and refused to give me time to consider it.

This experience felt misleading and coercive. Hidden fees and aggressive sales tactics make it hard to trust Shine’s services. I expected transparent communication, professional guidance, and respect for the customer’s time, but none of these were delivered.

I would caution job seekers to be aware of these hidden costs and high-pressure tactics before purchasing any paid services.

I got a call from shine.com saying that they have multiple services for job openings if I pay Rs.3300 and after paying it, they said it is just enrollment and remaining services at extra cost...And they talk very rude and according to me , shine.com is a cheating for job searchers....DO NOT EVEN subscribe or pay any money to them.
