Great products and great customer service

Excellent product and service

If youre looking for authenticity and a brand that truly focuses on customer experience, these guys nailed it! They craft all their pieces up North and truly focus on the quality of each piece - their fragrances not only last forever on you, they even do candle & diffusers which i need to get next! They nailed the packaging and truly nothing like ive seen in the market. And whats amazing is the brands value which makes it more personable, I bought midnight rose 30ml and 4th me tell you this! Ive only had it a week and already halfway thru the bottle - its goes with me EVERYWHERE in my handbag when travelling and ive got everyone hooked on it! WE need more in stock please!!!

Really nice perfumes and extraordinary customer service. I had an issue with the pump but they were quick to ship out a replacement bottle the same day. They take customers seriously and would recommend.

I just love the Shifa Aroma products, they all smell amazing, packaged really well and the diffusers last long. My favourite is Midnight Rose. They also have beautifully packaged personalised hampers which make the perfect gifts for any occasion.

Beautiful aromas that really last! This is the first time I have bought direct (have bought numerous times from a garden centre) but the service was also excellent and I received my two refills quickly. Can’t wait for the lovely smells to fill my house again!

I ordered a large number of glass candles from Shifa Atomas for an event I was running during which I was giving gifts to the guests. The candles were the perfect luxury gift. They were beautifully packaged and they smell so good you don’t have to burn them to appreciate the scent - my guests loved them! The team at Shifa Aromas were so helpful and great to work with.

I purchased one of the jasmine candles at Souq Usman and I am so pleased with it! The smell filled the room instantly and unlike the majority of candles it burned evenly to the edge and didn’t make a hole in the middle which often leads to candles being ruined and a lot of it being wasted.
A quality product and I will be purchasing from you again inshallah!

I’ve got one of the diffusers already whuch has been opened for a couple of months and still going strong, unlike other diffusers I’ve had.

Only issue for me was the delivery. Small item packed in a huge box (ridiculous) but without any packing inside so the small item has rolled around in a great big box which has resulted in the small item box damaged and item out of the packet. Not great when I’m giving it as a present.

Purchased your midnight rose candle and diffuser. Very pleased with them both, came well packed , fast delivery for abroad, the scent is gorgeous.

Purchased refills of the pilgrim fragrance, it is amazing and the smell lasts and lasts.
It’s really nice and not at all overpowering, highly recommend it.

Candle seems to be ok but the packaging very poor box all torn held together by a bit of tape got in contact with the company they quickly reply we got everything sorted out great customer service
