I think I have worked out that there is Shein who are reliable, and SHIEN who are unreliable and dodgy! I will be very cautious before I order again.
I ordered some ladies bathers on Feb 28th, was told they had been sent to me and given tracking details. I never received the parcel even though tracking says it had been delivered. I have not been able to get any replies from SHIEN and all the information has been deleted. I thought I was ordering from SHEIN, but received notices from SHIEN. Fortunately it wasn’t a large amounts of money but I was scammed.

I was informed my refund of £42.98 was being processed, however I only received £7.96 and have been going in circles trying to get this resolved, I was even asked for my bank details to pay£1 to chat online, won’t be ordering again

I have to say I am pretty new to ordering with Shien,but in saying that I must have had around 10 different orders over the period of 8 months.
I have got to say that I have had nothing but good dealings with them.
Yes I know the clothes are not the best quality but I don’t know what people expect when you’re paying them prices.
Everything gets delivered before the expected time so I have no complaints whatsoever.
Maybe they deliver quicker and better in the uk than other parts of the world.
Keep up the good work Shein 👍🏻

i feel pretty dumb. like obviously the $2 shirt I bought is going to be in bad quality and made by "very skilled and well-paid workers". I'm probably going to let my dogs eat it.

Utterly useless, ordered 4 items and got sent 1 item not even ordered, Shein are like the Evri of the fashion world

I bought a whole bunch of pants and jeans and I love them so much!! Great material and the sizing is very accurate!

Poor quality items. The items have no tags on them and smell of body odour. I can only conclude that these have been worn by someone else!!!!!
To make it worse, I can’t even return return them as they were bodysuit’s!!!
Avoid this trash company!!!!
Selling used clothes!!!!! Disgusting!!!

Only ordered a few items in the sale to test the water item’s never arrived and trying to get in touch with them is impossible can’t even find a email address that’s the third American company to rip me off definitely no more orders to American!!!!!!

my ordered delivered to ireland in about 10 days. important to read the reviews about the quality before purchasing, I've ordered in the past just because something was cheap and it was cheap quality. but there is alot you can buy that looks like zara/stradivarius/bershika/pullandbear styles.

Awful service.products never arrived after 2 months I asked for a refund only to be told I'll have wait a couple more weeks for the money. Terrible terrible company

These products are OK, the sizes are a bit off. I ordered a 12 and what I got was like a 8 or 10. Delivery took forevvvvveeeerrrrrrrr.

Awful! Be very careful using this company. Products poor quality and charge RIDICULOUS package handling fees if you return items. The fee is taken out of your refund. I've basically ended up paying £65 for two dresses that are worse quality than primark!! Avoid!

I'm super upset I have an order that I ordered alot of clothes. It came to the US and and stopped in Tennessee where it has been for three weeks. I reached out to the company and zero response. I can't wait for hours upon hours on the phone. Not that I can find a number. I'm just so disappointed because the clothes are great never had an issue. I just want my order. I dress up everyday and don't make alot of money. I wish someone would help me get my clothes.

Took a week and a half to arrive. I’m in the uk and everything is great. True to size and like the picture

Got what I ordered quality is decent, good pricing (I ordered a hat, lashes, fingerless gloves, and a makeup headband) took around a week to get to me.
