I ordered my 4th case from this company, and up until now all had been fine. Unfortunately this time it all went to hell in the proverbial handbasket.
The case was ordered in a color called 'wine red' and after waiting several weeks for it to arrive I discovered that they had sent the wrong color. When I informed them of that error they checked and then told me that color was no longer available and they offered me a 10% discount on the black case they had sent without first informing me that the wine red color was out of stock. As I did not want black I declined their offer and asked for a return authorization which they provided but it was up to me to pay the $14.00 postage cost back to their Las Vegas, NV return facility. When I explained that this was their error and not mine they then claimed that they had sent me emails prior to shipping to inform me of the problem. I saved all emails from them concerning this order and the only email I received about the color problem was after the case had already been delivered.
I returned the case, paid ther $14.00 and then they refused to reimburse me for the postage cost.
Good bye Shieldon. I found a new supplier - Casebus - that not only provides a wider variety of cases that I found to be made better, they shipped much faster and cost less.

Bought a genuine leather s23 ultra case and the plastic insert split away from the leather cover. Emailed Shieldon 5 times re 'lifetime warranty' with zero response. Disappointing customer service from a company whose products I have used for many year on many phones.

This is the second lot of Shieldon Iphone cases I have bought. My husband and I previously had Shieldon cases for our Iphone 11s. They are well crafted, sturdy, and look great.

The case for the Samsung phone disintegrated on seams a bit more than a year after the purchase. No response from the company when a request for a replacement under warranty was made. So, bad quality and no life-time warranty.

I am very satisfied because of the communication with the firm. Everything was consulted with me before they would send me anything. Pleasant and correct negotiation. Keep it up!

Bought a case a couple years ago to go on my iPhone and I just bought a Radiation reader. This phone cover doesn’t do anything to protect you from the phones radiation. If you put the radiation reader over the glass front with the cover…..it doesn’t do anything….. radiation through the roof with a cover on your phone!!

So much for a lifetime guarantee!
After a couple of years leather in good condition but the stitching is worn through .
I haven't had nagnetic problems with more than 3 cards as other previous reviews but the stitching is pretty fundamental to keep the case together and should be alot better

The description and pictures show this wallet as holding three credit cards and a phone, and closing with a magnetic clasp. IT WILL NOT HOLD THREE CREDIT CARDS AND CLOSE. After time, your card slots will stretch and the cards will fall out. Company does not respond to emails or stand behind their product. Stay far away

Putting 3 cards on the available slots made the case unusable. The magnet was too weak to keep the sleeve folded over the screen. It might be a unique defect, and I would love to be able to exchange it, but it looks like the whole company is on vacation for the Chinese New Year holiday, according to their website.
Nothing wrong with people taking the time off. I might just use the case with 2 cards instead. The leather quality is great that is why I'm giving it two stars and not one.

No problems with the wireless charging when the iPhone is in it's case either and that is using a cheap brand wireless charger.

Service wise and appearance there is no complaint. However unless I missed it, there is no warning that this case does not permit wireless charging. Having spent a small fortune on charging devices it seems pretty much all wasted unless i remove the phone from the case every time . Pity
