Sheildon: Not a reliable iPhone case supplier.
I ordered my 4th case from this company, and up until now all had been fine. Unfortunately this time it all went to hell in the proverbial handbasket.
The case was ordered in a color called 'wine red' and after waiting several weeks for it to arrive I discovered that they had sent the wrong color. When I informed them of that error they checked and then told me that color was no longer available and they offered me a 10% discount on the black case they had sent without first informing me that the wine red color was out of stock. As I did not want black I declined their offer and asked for a return authorization which they provided but it was up to me to pay the $14.00 postage cost back to their Las Vegas, NV return facility. When I explained that this was their error and not mine they then claimed that they had sent me emails prior to shipping to inform me of the problem. I saved all emails from them concerning this order and the only email I received about the color problem was after the case had already been delivered.
I returned the case, paid ther $14.00 and then they refused to reimburse me for the postage cost.
Good bye Shieldon. I found a new supplier - Casebus - that not only provides a wider variety of cases that I found to be made better, they shipped much faster and cost less.
