So far the experience has been pleasant. I am in the real estate industry and know that lending is not favored for real estate professionals. We are not a traditional real estate business but still lenders view it that way. I knew a quick and fast loan like this would have a higher interest rate, but when your business cash flow gets tight, sometimes you do what you have to do. I like that you can choose to have a prepayment penalty or not. My credit recently took a small hit on a 30 day late that I am disputing and this made it more difficult to get lending for my situation. Its nice to know that there are companies that look at the whole picture and realize we have a stellar track record of payments (minus 1 mishap) and they can see our cash flow in and out to understand we will be able to repay it.

It is never easy asking for money. It involves tucking your ego and your pride. Working with people with empathy, kindness, and who generally treat you as a customer with the highest low respect, makes the process a lot easier. Although I did not go through with getting a loan due to finding another path, Isaac showed all of those qualities and made the process very simple. If I ever need a loan again, I will definitely be calling him back.
