What is incredibly annoying and totally…
What is incredibly annoying and totally unnecessary, is that this company allows you book an order for a book online, pay for it and then and only then, tell you that its out of stock and they will have to reprint. This, of course, means a lengthy wait for the book, which you have already paid for. Perhaps they could actually tell you at the " front end " that it was not currently available and then customers, like me, would not have purchased it !!!!

Your order was placed on the Sunday the 7th and an email was sent on Monday 8th advising a 10 working day delay due to the unprecedented success of the book which resulted in the delay.
As advised we completed a re-print and I understand that you received the book on the 16th which was 7 working days later.
We apologise again for the delay however we thank you for your order and hope you enjoyed the book.

Your company would have got 5 stars if two of the books hadn't arrived slightly "dog eared" on the corners. The packaging could have been a little more robust.
