Bad customer service and poor quality…
Bad customer service and poor quality sushi with misleading advertisement.
We ordered a menu through just eat that had a picture of the different sushi rolls. When we received the menu, it was totally off and was missing both wasabi and ginger.
When we made complaint through telephone and requested the missing wasabi and ginger, they said we could get it for additional money and they refused to sent us the items they thenselves had forgotten free from cost.
When we told that the menu picture was misleading and did not represent the menu, we were told that we could not get compensation, and that the menu picture was from last year, and that Shibuya sushi had already sent a the new picture of the menu to just eat, but just eat hadn’t replaced it yet.
When we addressed, that such an issue must be between Shibuya sushi and just eat, the staff told us that we could maybe complain to just eat, and Shibuya sushi would be happy to sent the new picture of the menu to us through email, even though we had already bought a menu and we weren’t exactly in the market for spending additional money on a very dubious sushi restaurant that Shibuya Sushi was turning out to be. A total neglect of responsibility.
At last but not least, the sushi was dry and poor in quality, like it had been staying in the fridge for many hours.
We will not recommend
