Cheap costume jewelry
Found this site and saw some ring styles I loved online. Ordered one. When it was received I was in shock. I knew I wasn’t getting any “high quality fine jewelry” based on the price, but the ring has no weight to it and feels like something you could buy at Claire’s for $15. Exchanged it for a different one and had the same experience when I received the second one. I foolishly tried one last time and am now stuck with two rings that I would be embarrassed to wear in public. The pictures on the site do not accurately represent what you will receive, please check the many negative reviews available before you buy from this company. I would post photos, but see nowhere to do that here on trustpilot.

Our records indicate that in August, you ordered a Replica Ring from our "Try at Home" program. These replicas are made from alloy and simulated stones, designed solely to help customers test style, fit, and sizing before committing to a fine jewelry purchase. Importantly:
Replica rings are free—the full amount is refunded upon shipment.
They are not intended for daily wear and are marked as such in product descriptions.
In October, you used the refunded store credit to purchase a fine jewelry ring (not the same design as your replica). This order was successfully delivered on October 15th, and as per our policy, you had 30 days to return it if unsatisfied. Unfortunately, your request for a return came on February 4th, well beyond this window.
While we’re unable to process a refund now, we’d still like to help. Please contact our team directly, and we’ll explore alternative solutions.
We regret any confusion and encourage all customers to review product details (including our Replica vs. Fine Jewelry distinctions) before purchasing. Thank you for giving us a chance to address your concerns.
Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. I paid £960 for a ring that I never received. The parcel was released without ID being checked, and the Post Office confirmed this in writing. Despite this, the company refused to issue a full refund and instead asked me to pay 50% for a replacement.
I have had to chase this multiple times, visit the Post Office twice, and now open a bank dispute to get my money back. Poor customer service and poor responsibility for delivery issues. I would not recommend.

A police report can usually be filed online or by phone in minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience…
*Update: I am unsure why this platform wont allow me to reply or add photos, but your reply makes it seem like it is a perfect match in natural lighting. That is not the case. I just happen to notice the difference under a florescent light. As is human, now that I have noticed it, it is glaringly obvious. I was never told that when the repair is completed that a different stone would be used. As your company is the one who made the ring in the first place, I am confused why you would imply you're unable to replace the stone with the correct one. It is not discontinued or old, it was well within the warranty time, and I still had to chase down answers every step of the way. I would also like to note, since you looked into the issue after I gave you the order number, that I had to ask multiple times and even convince the customer service representative I was dealing with to a) refund the cost of shipping, b) that the ring even still needed to be repaired, and c) had to clarify multiple times that it would be handled correctly the second time around. Your response makes it sound as though you put all the effort in to resolve the issue, when in fact you did not. If you really wish to discuss it further, you're more than welcome to contact me, but I will not chase down responses again. I need a company that is transparent and honest and responsive when they've made an error. Not trying to deny a mistake was made in the first place.*
I had a very disappointing experience with She Said Yes.
I sent my wedding ring in for repair and it was returned to me not fixed. After pushing back, the company agreed to redo the repair and refunded the cost of shipping.
However, a few days after receiving the ring back, I noticed under fluorescent lighting that a different-colored stone had been installed during the repair. The mismatch is obvious and was never disclosed to me. This was not the ring I sent in.
At that point, I no longer trusted the company with something as important and sentimental as my wedding ring, so I took it to a local jeweler to have it professionally fixed instead.
Between sending the ring back unfixed the first time, the back-and-forth required to get the issue addressed, and ultimately having the appearance of my ring altered without my consent, this was an exhausting and unacceptable experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering sending an important or sentimental piece here for repair.

Regarding the color variation under fluorescent lighting, we want to explain that this is indeed an optical phenomenon. While the replacement stone is an exact match in natural light, subtle differences in composition between stone batches can sometimes cause minor variations under specific lighting conditions.
We completely respect your decision to have the work completed locally after these experiences. Your trust means everything to us, and we're using this as an opportunity to improve our communication and repair processes, especially for sentimental pieces like your wedding ring.
