Took over 5 weeks to get my money back

Took over 5 weeks to get my money back, the order was apparently lost enroute. Customer service was extremely slow. I can't say whether the products are any good as they never turned up. If you like to buy stuff that never turns up then this is the place for you otherwise avoid.

Products look good but service and delivery is terrible

Products look good, expensive though.
I am learning to automate stuff at home.
If you can avoid buying at shelly.cloud directly please do it.
Customer service is terrible.
Delivery, even when paying express dhl is terrible too.
There are other websites at least in Spain where you will find similar prices, fastest delivery and better customer service.

Don't order direct

Great products, horrible logistics and customer service.

My recommendation: Order somewhere else, not from them direct. I am now on 40th day waiting for order to come through, seems their courier has lost the package and I can't get a replacement...

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, I have about 40 devices. They drop and discontinue devices regularly if they are unstable they just give up - or continue selling them anyways so beware, if something ever goes wrong you can kiss you time and money good bye.

I ordered something from them and filed for a return within 14 days, you need to return things to their Bulgaria office. After shipping they apparently changed addresses and the package bounced back, and came back to me only about 5 months later. They are clearly blaming me for it and want me to ship it back to them at my own expense, terrible tone of customer service.

Shelly rubbish

2 x H&T, 2 x TRV, 2 x Plus 1, 1 x Button 1, 1 x Uni & 1 x DS18B20. Never do they all stay on line together therefore I do not have the integrated system promised by the BS Shelly advertising. I'm going to dump the lot and switch to Hive or some such other system. Shelly is total rubbish.

What has happened to Shelly support?

What has happened to Shelly customer support? I have had good support in the past, but now I have a case opened for over 5 weeks and no resolution. No feedback since I replied over 2 weeks ago. My device shows a temperature of over 60degrees Celsius (inside my house!) and eats through batteries. They delete most posts on their support facebook page so clearly have no intention of solving my issue.

SHELLY never again

SHELLY - you won’t find a worse company.
I have bought their WIFI Actor switch SHELLY PRO 2. This device and their other electric products might be technically okay and working, but..
- SHELLY is too lazy to publish manuals to explain all possible functions
-with their Firmware Updates they do function changes and are not described in their public documentation
- Attached product manuals describe only a part of the function. All is crazy complicated
- their technical support is a bad joke. If you are lucky, they answer once per month. Instead of replying, they keep asking the same nonsense questions that you already answered. No help!
I have thrown this 85 Euro crap into the bin. I wasted too much time with this rubbish.

I bought a single shelly relay device

I bought a single shelly relay device, the shelly plus one. Initially I found it hard to determine how to wire it correctly for my application, but after getting it working it is just fantastic. With many wifi IoT devices it can be frustrating to connect the devices to your home wifi, or have other connectivity or responsiveness issues. Not so with shelly - their device is rock solid on wifi, the app is fluid and responsive, and the device just works as intended. Of all the research into different available devices to make my home smart, this company really ticks all the boxs:
Affordable - compared with replacing wall switches to ugly and expensive smart switches, or worse, smart bulbs.
Versatile - So many products for any niche application you can think of, and with home assistant I have ultimate control in how my smart home should work.
Private - no hub or cloud servers collecting your data required.

I will be outfitting my entire home with these marvelous little devices.

Used to be a good product

Initially, I really liked the concept and their products. Once I started having first technical issues due to bad component quality within the circuit (and required to contact customer service) as well as you are lately forced to register for their cloud in order to use their smartphone app I am not eagerly motivated to buy from them anymore.
I send numerous E-mails to their customer service, was a simple matter but not a chance to get it clarified. After the second E-mail they just stopped answering.

I hate to leave a bad review

I hate to leave a bad review. I understand all the hard work and sacrifice they have done to get the business to this point, but I feel like I have to say something. First off the actual hardware is very good - I have no issues with it at all. The software works but from a UI point of view it needs work. Customer service does not seem to properly exist; it seems unless something is totally broken then are happy and improvement suggestions are not welcomed or actioned. I think they need to do something about everything relating to customer service and software or they will lose this business.

Bait and Switch

I ordered a dress shown on the Hey Shelly website. The photo is identical to the same dress photo on another site where I saw it originally. The size I needed was out of stock on the original site but available at Hey Shelly. I had read reviews reporting poor experiences with this site, but I placed an order and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, the dress I received was similar to the website photo in color only. This dress was ordered for Homecoming, but the item I received was more like a child’s Halloween costume. It is made of inexpensive material and sequins on a slip-like plain design. I have requested return authorization.

Don't use, hopeless support, faulty product.

I thought Shelly were meant to be a good company, how wrong I was.

I have a plug, that took 4 times longer to deliver than they said it would, that randomly turns itself off.

Support is hopeless, will take this up with PayPal to try to get a refund.

Steer clear of this company.

Shelly products are amazing through and…

Shelly products are amazing through and through. I have 30+ devices. Switches, Relays bulbs work perfectly and allow for detailed settings and to me it is very intuitive. Smart home automation in an easy and economical way. What needs improvements are Motion2 detectors and Shelly Blue Door/Window. That's still a bit buggy but as I can see steady OTA firmware updates bring improvements. So despite that, I am a big Shelly fan and proud that Shelly is a European company actually!

Product ok, but do not buy from them directly

There is nothing wrong with the product, but their customer service/logistics department is NOT functional.
I ordered directly from their online store on May 7th, and was told that it had been shipped on May 10th. May 15 was the last time there was an update on track&trace, and I contacted their customer service, after which they filled me with lies about where the package was, ending with the claim that it was not their fault at all, but that their courier had made a mistake and the package should be at customs in Denmark, and that I should just write to Postnord and get them to find the package.
Postnord had never received the package, and therefore it was not with customs either.
Only after I opened a case with Paypal and objected to the payment did something happen, because suddenly the package appeared, only 6 days after I opened the case with Paypal, and without stamps or stickers from customs, which all packages that end up with them are provided with !
That was the final proof that they was lying all the time about where the package was !

Love this little devices

I was looking thru this review list and noticed some people are talking about Dress(s) :), Shelly.cloud makes home automation products. Anyway, I'm happy with it. I got a Shelly Plus i4 and the Shelly T&H thermostat (the one with the screen). If you can make sure when you buy it fits the country you live in (for US the UL is preferred). I was able to with this Thermostat more stuff you can with other more expensive ones. I live in US and my house has an Evaporative cooler (swamp cooler), old school and there is not much automation for this system on the market. I was able to control 2 TP-Link switches with this thermostat via Alexa, with Google Assistant is not working, the app only sees the humidity part of the thermostat. The setup and integration weren't too hard. TIP, Trying to connect with Bluetooth at the first setup, is easier than trying to connect via IP.
