Lights were ordered April 19th, from USA warehouse, but only partial order was fulfilled. Took another week for them to even ship the rest of the order. One light failed less than 24 hours after being plugged in. After back and forth late night messages, Shehds refuse to replace the fixture, but offerred to ship me parts. It is now May 21st, over a week from when they "shipped" and they cannot tell me where the parts are or when they will get to me.

Easy purchase. Quick delivery. Really like that your using FedX for the deliveries. Lights were packaged very well and in manageable sizes. No damage or ware on any of my last five shipments. Lastly, I am happy that my orders are being pulled from warehouses here in the US. This absolutely makes for the quick turnarounds.

Our band TIME WARP has partnered with Shehds lighting for some time now utilizing their 18x18 par lights, 19x15 movers, 150W movers, 12x12W movers and 100W movers and have loved every minute of using them in our shows! Shehds is great to work with and ships fast! Would highly recommend them!

Their costumer service has always been great, have purchased multiple times and well over $7k worth of fixtures. Fixtures all still in great working condition with no hiccups. As a smaller lighting company Shehds has really made it possible for us to bring great quality stage lighting to our home town at a reasonable price. Looking forward working more with them!

Terrible communication terrible ordering logistics and total screw ups. Ordered the bundle with the 2 Shehds moving head lights 275w and flight case. No case. So ordered it separately. Arrived. Not the right case. Too small will not fit the 275W lights. Very difficult to contact them. Very slow in replies. Why did we go into business with Shehds? Terrible never again. Then to make up for it, they sent a "free gift" A BS little USB light that was broken.

I've been purchasing stage lighting fixtures from this company for a couple of years now and have always been satisfied with the experience. Their prices are very reasonable, making it easy to stay within budget. The quality of the products are definitely getting better throughout the years and have been reliable for my needs. What really stands out is their customer service — responsive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely continue buying from them!

I use one of the SHEHDS moving head lights and it has really stepped up my light show. The shipping was quick and the customer service was very professional. I look forward to working with them again.

As a Mobile Dj, having events in both open and closed areas, I've been Using Shehds Moving head beams for more than a year now, specifically the moving head 350W Beam and these bad boys have gotten the job done at all times, bright in day and Super bright in the night, levels of my stage and makes clients fall in love with my set up. I'll recommend Shehds Lighting any day, one of my other favorite is their Waterproof Laser, these particular product beat every laser i've ever purchased in the market since my 13years+ in this business, Solid!

I’ve buy many items from them and they are amazing. Nice price and nice quality.

I have received the 2 lyres and they correspond to the product shown on the website.
I did, however, make the sad discovery that when controlling the lyres in dmx, we can't activate the music mode.
It would also be great to have the user manual in French.

I ordered 14 PAR lights and never received them. They have this bogus site called SHOP that you have to download to track your order even though their website says they use major carriers. I'm trying to reach someone, and I got a returned email saying that it's Chinese New Year and they won't be able to get back to me for 10 days. This a $1,300 order and we have emailed everyone on their customer service list, and no one has reached out. These guys are bad!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Very pissed off and unhappy customer! Non-existant customer service!

We bought multiple fixtures and have not received any legitimate response or actual tracking information. Reached out multiple times with no response.
Your reply means nothing because we have sent multiple emails already. Without reply

Uppdate1 still not getting any help.

Bought 14 LED from them as a reseller two of them was broken and the stickers had fall of and the fans have a lot of noise.
So my customer did not want them and Shehds don’t take them back because they are used.
I asked if I could have some discount but they said no.
