3 full days of waiting to get my redemption canceled and capped.

After making me wait 3 full days, they take 175 SC from my account and leave me with 25 SC and said I could only redeem that and only through a gift card. I understand putting caps on the free daily SC but only when its clearly defined in their terms. They say if its in the reasonable opinion of sheesh they can do whatever they want. How is it reasonable to say my recent gameplay only amounts to a 25SC cap when, I have quite literally played every single day since launch. Thats every single day of collecting their daily SC and playing it. Also, others get the exact same email down to the punctuation but they are limited to 100sc. So why the difference? How is one playing every day any different than the other playing everyday off daily SC alone? Here is what they say to everyone but just change the max cap as they see "reasonably" fit.

"We’re reaching out following a recent review of your account and playthrough activity.
After carefully reviewing your play history, we’ve adjusted your coin balance to reflect the maximum cap applicable to your gameplay.

As outlined in Clause 9.4 of our Terms and Conditions:

If, in the reasonable opinion of Sheesh, we determine that a Registered Customer is abusing any promotion to gain an unfair advantage for themselves or others, including through Fraudulent Conduct, we may, at our sole discretion, withhold, deny, or cancel any advantage, bonus, or prize as we deem appropriate.

According to your recent play, your total Daily Bonus Coin winnings are limited to a maximum of 25 SC, available for withdrawal through Gift Card only."

Ya know I would have been fine with it if they had just told me right away AND didn't lie to me TWICE when I sent them emails asking if they needed anything on my end for the redemption. Both times they said all was well. So I wait 3 days completely expecting to get paid since thats what 2 different support agents said. Nope.

Account Closed After Redemption Request

I have redeemed several times from here in small amounts after an extensive KYC verification. A week ago I had a crazy lucky streak playing their games and I started a $1000 redemption. Redemptions are capped at $1000 at a time so I'm not sure how that other person redeemed $7000. It could be a fake review. A few days later I was asked to send in some documents to verify payment again. Today I find out my account was closed and my redemption cancelled. They won't pay you if you win big.

Stolen Funds During Redemption

My recent experience with Sheesh Casino has been extremely frustrating and ultimately unacceptable. During what should have been a straightforward redemption process, a portion of my balance was removed with little to no explanation. When I inquired, the casino pointed vaguely to their “terms and conditions,” yet could not clearly show where my actions violated anything. The entire exchange came across as a way to deny me my legitimate profits rather than an honest enforcement of policy.

To resolve this fairly, I reached out to Support and offered a reasonable path forward: restore my balance and I would adjust my play to fully align with whatever terms they believed applied. Instead of engaging in good faith, I was met with a cold, dismissive reply that simply repeated their terms—without any clarification, without citing specifics, and without acknowledging the inconsistencies in their own explanation.

In my view, no reputable gaming platform should be removing funds without transparency or accountability. If Sheesh Casino expects players to abide by the rules, they should be equally willing to clearly communicate those rules and stand behind their processes. That was not my experience.

I’m sharing this so others are aware: if you choose to play here, be prepared for unclear policies and the possibility of your winnings being voided without meaningful explanation.

My account was cancelled to prevent paying out

My account was cancelled. They claim I broke some rule about coordinated play with other players, but I play alone, on my computer. Same IP address, every time, same browser. The last games I played were BlackJack ($5 hands) and Roulette. I paid $800 for 1000SC, played it and tried to pull out $900. They have a huge problem with people making any profit off them. DO NOT USE THEM. Unless you seriously want to just give them money, they will not let you redeem. They luckily refunded my purchases. Most likely to prevent charge backs they'd lose and risk losing their payment processor....

Banned and Refunded for Winning - Scam Casino

I made several purchases on SheeshCasino.com, played their games exactly as intended, and even completed their extremely predatory 3x playthrough requirement. After all of that, I ended up with about $1,000 in profit — fair and square.

Instead of processing my redemption, they stalled me for two weeks and then suddenly banned my account and refunded only my purchases, citing a violation of the terms and conditions, which was a blatant lie as I just won on extremely risky slot play, which is exactly the type of activity casinos love and wish every player engages in. I just happened to have gotten lucky and profited which apparently is illegal. This completely erased the $1,000 I legitimately won. They refunded me specifically because I won, which is outright fraud.

Their platform clearly gives customers the illusion of a chance to win, but the moment you actually do, they wipe your winnings so they never have to pay out. They effectively want you to lose, and if you don’t, they make sure you never see a cent of what you earned.

This is a predatory and dishonest operation. Avoid SheeshCasino at all costs.

Here is exactly what happened:

The Win: I accumulated approximately 100 SC (equivalent to $100) entirely through their Daily Bonus promotion, which should be fully redeemable under their rules.

The Confiscation: When I attempted to redeem the 100 SC, the request was immediately rejected. After a full account review, the casino arbitrarily confiscated 75 SC and capped my available winnings at 25 SC.

The Contradiction: When I fought this decision, they finally quoted their own rule, Clause 6.16, which states the maximum cumulative win from Daily Bonuses is 100 SC.

The Admission of Bad Faith: When confronted with their own rule, the support team openly admitted in writing: "At our discretion we have reduced this to 25 SC..." They admitted they were ignoring their own documented maximum limit and seizing funds based on personal "discretion" without providing any specific proof (date, time, action) of me violating a term.

The Final Trick: The remaining 25 SC was only redeemable via a gift card, not cash, despite my accumulated winnings being enough to meet a potential minimum cash threshold, further limiting my access to the prize.

Verdict: Sheesh Casino confirmed that they will arbitrarily reduce your winnings based on "discretion," even if your win is fully compliant and within the maximum limits set by their own written rules. Play here at your own risk; your winnings are not secure.

The reviews say it all

The reviews say it all! 99% of users are unhappy with this platform. I would give less stars if I could. Sheesh is a dishonest casino.

I had won $175 off of my daily free play. It took them a week to DENY the redemption and send an email claiming there was a redemption cap on free play and that they would put 100SC back into my account. When I logged in, there was 100SC in my account, but now it wasn't redeemable as $3.80 of it wasn't played.

Sheesh should have just given me $100 out of my redemption request, rather than be shady and try to get out of it. I reached out upset with this, and got horrible customer service back. I said I was going to leave them a one star rating and they got nasty with me. I never actually left that review, but now I feel like its justified.

Its been a week or so and ive gotten lucky again! I started collected daily coins again and was able to make a redemption request for $100!

My redemption request was denied immediately, I did not recieve an email explaining why, and there is NO sc credited back into my account.

Its not like I've never made a purchase here before.

There are a hundred of other reliable and reputable online platforms to play from. I would avoid this one at all costs.

They took over $200 from me because I had daily free coins in my balance when I won. They cancelled my redemption and gave me back $211 less than what I started with. There’s so many other social casinos that allow you to win with the free daily coins you get, stay away from this site

support is unresponsive. have sent me the same thing 3 times now where i need to verify my card. Made a redemption request on the 31st of October got a email said it was paid by aero pay it’s not in my account and it’s day 4. I connected with support they were responsive and were able to get it resolved with aero pay messing up. Thank you guys for being timely in your responses
