These slippers are not the same any more. I purchased a blue pair size 12 a couple of years ago, on reviews I went for a size up and it worked well, they were and still are great but decided a new pair for his birthday was a good idea so he can use the old pair for popping outdoors. What a mistake. I checked the base of the slipper against the others when they arrived and all looked good, then he opened them, very pleased until he tried to get them on. Very difficult. He is going to persevere and hope they will pan out a bit but on looking at them they not quite the same. The souls are also thinner. Here I was thinking I can't go wrong if I get the same slipper, sadly it wasn't to be. I will not buy these slippers again and especially not for a birthday as you are buying in advance making returns more difficult.

I have one star just that is no possible to give zero star.
I ordered slippers on 31 of December. I was waiting until middle of January and I didn’t received.
I ringed customer service. The customer service was very unhelpful.
After two phone calls, I get my money back.
Very bad experience.

The customer service from Arthur Cameron is excellent..two e mails I sent with queries about delivery were answered quickly. Delivery was good and by royal mail which is always reliable. Sheepskin slippers great value for the price...would shop here ..Arthur Cameron...again.

I purchased a sheepskin gilet and delighted with the quality of the garment. Not only that the company has very good customer service and quick delivery. I recommend this business no nonsense and delivers on what it says.

I purchased a really lovely pair of slippers, however the sole began to come away 4 months later. They have replaced them for free with no quibble, and responded to my email in about 20 mins. Great customer service

Ordered sheepskin slippers a few months ago ready for the cold, delivered promptly and well packaged. The sizing and quality are good.
I am now wearing them and they feel good, comfy and warm. Hopefully they will stay as is through the winter.

If I could leave no stars I would, this company is run by dishonest sellers having bought a pair of mans slippers size 10 only to find they sent a pair of slippers size 9 with a lable stuck over the true size to say they are size 10 when they are only size 9, the slippers are not up to standerd they are very narrow and very uncomfortable to wear as they could be seconds, with this kind of service, one should be very weary of of any claims this company makes, before spending your hard earned money with them, also the reviews on there own site are made up by the owners

Ordered overall 5 times from this website, delivery’s fast and cheap. Product quality is amazing and they last a long time. Great for presents at a good price. Been wearing my slippers everyday for a year or so now and are still good condition. Great service and product.

My mens slippers look great but have very hard and thin soles. There seems zero sheepskin comfort compared to my 3 year old pair (different manufacturer) that I was replacing. They may be ok for summer but I certainly wouldn't recommend them for winter warmth and comfort. Not sure how they get so many positive reviews on their own website as it seems impossible to leave a review there.

ordered for next day delivery on the 11th of December, no delivery still on the 19/12 and after 3 emails sent to customer services no reply.

Ordered slippers on Black Friday 25th November in plenty of time for me to receive in time for Christmas. The order has been sent to the incorrect Royal Mail depot and has been sitting there from 8th December. Customer service at Sheepskin World very unhelpful telling me to re-order and pay for next day delivery! They assured me that I will receive my order but this clearly isn't going to happen! Very disappointed :(

I ordered a pair of slippers on November 29. the delivery time is 3-5 days, so I ordered it even earlier just to be sure I will get it by December 4. Standard delivery costs £2.95. The slippers still didn’t delivered, it’s December 15. The company blames Royal Mail, and claims that they handed over the parcel, but in fact they sent my order only on December 15, which is confirmed on the Royal Mail website. The company is deceiving customers. I’m very disappointed.

My purchase arrived on time. I ordered a rug and a pair of sleepers. I am quite fussy and can say both products are true to the description and photographs (even better,good quality) I am very happy with this purchase. Trustable company to buy online. :)

Ordered 3 pairs of slippers for Christmas and a purse in 2 separate orders. The first order was processed and dispatched swiftly. With the second order placed on the 17th December there was a delay on one of the items but I was contacted very quickly and given the option of having the in stock item sent immediately with the other item to follow or to cancel the order with a full immediate refund.
I opted to have the items delivered to me separately.
I am really pleased that Natasha Mills promptly and efficiently dealt with this, she is a credit to the company.
The items arrived in time for the big day but due to Covid we were unable to see the person whom the gift was for but I’m sure he’ll be delighted when he finally receives them.

Slipper delivered on time and comfortable but fell apart after very little use due to either very poor quality or manufacturing fault. Upon raising this with the seller was refused any service. Avoid.

Absolutely delighted with my slippers. Top quality, superfast service and next day delivery. All at a great price. Will definitely be back
