Firstly sent wrong shed I had to cancel builders building it.
2nd they picked that shed up days later yet didn't drop my original one off at the same time?
Finally shed arrived parts missing no free light as in description .
Lots if wood damaged very poor quality some shaped like bananas other pieces split roof damaged on all 4 side corners.
Numerous e mails sent no response back still awaiting phone calls also made they reduced the price and because they had nit sent the shed at that time they said the difference I will get back "Nothing" paid back
25yr warranty ?? Ile give it 12 months .
To sum this up very poor quality over 400 gbp spent sheds in the pictures great look great so why have they sent rubbish my opinion false advertising .

I have ordered 3 cans of 5lt of timmersol treatment for log cabin and received 2 out 3 damaged tins during transportation by DPD.
The company refused to acknowledge their responsibility of the damage and said because the tins are not leaking, they should be OK to use, but my argument was would I pay £55 per can if I see them damaged in the shop, off course not.
Their resolution was £5 refund as a good gesture, which is insulting.
It seems to me they don't have the quality of good customer services and nor looking after the company reputation.

Fantastic price and brilliant shed, but the delivery service was appalling.

Put on the delivery instructions to leave in the front garden if no-one was in. No attempts to ring the bell made, no attempts to knock the door and the shed was left next to my garden gate, on a busy terraced street for anyone to take.

Thankfully I was in the house and noticed it all there shortly after the delivery had left.

I am a little disappointed as delivery and installation did not go to plan.
I was given a delivery date and took the day off work so as to be in, i then got a message saying it was going to be delivered a day earlier. When they took the items apart to install, it was discovered that a panel was missing and would need to be ordered, i had arranged for this to be up and installed before i went on holiday.
I called them a number of times stating when i would be back, but still recieved a date for the new panel to be delivered when i was on holiday and had to make arrangements for a neighbour to take this in, i told them that i would be off work on 15th so that would be a great day to install it, and another date was offered, which means another day off work.
I have purchased from the Shedstore in the past with no issues.

after a shed load of research I decided Shed Store offered the best deal for my log store. True to their word, it was delivered on time by a very pleasant & helpful courier. It's exactly as described on the tin, easy to assemble and holds a good amount of logs. I would use this company again, well done !!

I got a 8x6 shed plus from shedstore I live in N.WALES it took a bit longer to deliver but the delivery lads from S.WALES where very good delivery time was between 8 &12 on friday 25/04/2014 the delivery lads had been & gone by 11 am. that was 3 wks. from placing the order.. me & my 70yr. old dad had the shed up on Saturday it looks very good it took us longer than it should but we did it .. thanks shedstore.
