James was very helpful - a good experience and our second time around for this same garden office...we had one for 4 years in our previous home before we had to move to another part of the country. So we've now ordered the very same one again for our new location! Great company, brilliant interactive team and brilliant product.

Ordering process was very easy , with really good stock availability ( 5 working days ) One email to check on delivery , quick response from Wendy confirming delivery had been made with photo showing delivery point.

The shed arrived on the alloted day but unfortunatley the base section got stuck for some reason in the supply chain I had no luck with contacting the courier so contacted Shed.co. After several emails with Wendy she managed to track down the goods which were delivered to my allotment on the new date. Wendy was very helpful and always got back to me within a reasonable time. The shed n base look to be very good quality wood etc. The next fun will be to put it up.

The items delivered had issues but Wendy was on the case. The delivery tracker was very good and showed the approximate delivery time. The crew who delivered were very good and quickly unloaded the items.

Cabin ready ahead of time, had a few issues with damaged parts but Wendy Shepard quickly sorted the problem so they can be delivered before the fitters arrive. Very helpful and polite, excellent customer service.

I have just ordered my second shed with this company as I was very happy with the first. So helpful being able to specify a delivery date. There was a glitch regarding delivery address (be careful using Apple Pay or PayPal if your billing address is different to your delivery address!) but a quick phone call and follow-up email. sorted it out quickly and efficiently - thank you Wendy. Definitely recommend this company.

I experienced an issue with the shed after delivery and contacted the company to raise my concerns. The matter was dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. Communication was clear, and the company took swift action to address and resolve the issue, which I appreciated.

While I was satisfied with how efficiently the problem was handled and the responsiveness of the customer service team, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the wood used for the shed. Unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I expected for the price paid.

I’d advise contacting the company first and have your product made bespoke and delivered in complete panels.

Ordered the Redlands 8' x 8' Luxury Lounge Playhouse
for our Twin Grandsons birthday, I had an enquiry about the delivery date and spoke with Ben who was very helpful. The house was delivered and when we opened it the assembly instructions were for a basic shed so i contacted Ben again, who contacted the
manufacturer and the correct assembly instructions were in my inbox early the following morning!
I would recommend Sheds.co.uk without hesitation and Ben is a credit to the company!

Delivered the wrong version of a shed I ordered, and even when replaced, the pieces did not align, so my contractors were forced to improvise just to put it together, especially because the instruction manual (which is for LOTS of sheds, not just the one I ordered) did not make any sense. By the way, I had to ask customer service to send the instructions over via email as none were delivered! Yet despite all this extra effort, the shed was of such poor quality that it broke within just ONE WEEK of having it. The website failed to mention it was not varnished or weather-protected; everything my contractors did was of professional quality. I had to FIGHT customer service to get a refund, and yet I still had to pay £130 for them to collect the thing, even though all the wood had rotted or broken! It took about 30 emails of back and forth to initiate the refund...but get this, they said they had sent it over and would take 7 business days to arrive on my end...but it never did! So I had to ask AGAIN for them to send it over, and when it FINALLY returned in my bank account...£30 was missing. When confronted about this, they said they took the total amount of £160 needed, but after showing them an old email that says the £130 I mentioned earlier in the review, they ignored me! And after 3 more emails from me asking for an update, they have continued to ignore me, no response AT ALL. I don't even care about the £30, but it's the fact that they promised it would be £130 and then turned around and took an additional £30! All of this without even mentioning that they refuse to compensate me for the labour I had to pay my contractors to build this, and that they also try to scam you by charging over £2000 to make a concrete base, when my contractors got it done for only £600! Avoid this site at all costs. Horrible people, and horrible company. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Customer service 'seemed' excellent, however, price match credit wasn't issued as advised.
Shed then arrived, 2 large pallets dumped in centre of tandem driveway rendering it unusable.
No instructions and weblink given didn't work, James supplied instructions after contacting CS. no parts list it seemed, so James also supplied after further contact. we then found the soggy parts list packed in pallet, but incomplete and unsigned, we are still none the wiser whether all parts are present.

Some panels are mouldy, the door panels are cracked and will need replacing, the quality is cheap and shoddily made, nails missing the battens inside, screws drilled through face of shed panels to secure it together in transit as didnt use braced pallets, just basic flat ones so shed was screwed to itself wherever with no thought as to holes being visible after. window boxes and diamond face plates look like they will fall apart in a matter of months and are not as per sales pics on website.

Not what we expected given the photos on the website, and the fact it was best part of 2k. AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered an 11 x 5 windowless shed from Sheds.co.uk. We had prompt acknowledgement of our order. I noticed that my delivery address was different and notified them, Ben dealt with this efficiently and immediately. Shed arrived within 4 days of ordering. The person delivering was very friendly and was happy to put the pallet where we wanted it.
Excellent quality shed, very solid free base. Tongue and groove side panels and roof are of great quality. I can see this being very weatherproof.
However, even after checking the pallet on arrival, we discovered that they’d sent a panel with a window in and we were a panel short. I contacted Ben who immediately sorted this error and was very apologetic.
Ben has been excellent during this process, efficient and polite. An asset to the company.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 was the hiccup of the panels.

Delivery was quick. There was one piece missing to complete the construction of our new shed. Wendy Shepherd in customer services was very helpful and we received the missing part in 3 days. We are very happy with our purchase.

Had a problem to sort some warped wood. These things happen. Wendy got things sorted very quickly.

Firstly, Ben was so helpful and quick in replying to my email enquiries. He is a credit to your company. Very rarely do I come across such pleasant customer care such as Ben gave.
Secondly, I would like to express my gratitude for such a quick delivery of my shed. The courier came very early today. But, was so quiet and did not even disturb my two dogs!! or any of the other neighbours.

My new shed arrived today. An excellent lead time from ordering to delivery, and the delivery was bang on time. The only issue is that they did not include the assembly instructions. Now here is why I give 5/5 rating. We all make mistakes, and what makes excellent service is the time to recover the situation for your customer. I sent a query, via the webform, and within 5 minutes Wendy provided me with the instructions - excellent 👍

Before my shed was delivered, I asked to change it to the double‑door version. Sheds.co.uk refused, told me to accept delivery, and only afterwards revealed that the swap would cost £172.98 — more than ten times the original £15 actual difference between the two sheds.
The shed is a standard modular product, yet they repeatedly hid behind “made‑to‑order” wording to avoid resolving the issue. None of my concerns about misleading advice were addressed.
The way the situation was handled by Sheds UK/Sixty Stores was misleading, uncaring and simply unfair. I genuinely feel having been taken advantage of.
The manufacturer, Redlands, also refused to help. Their approach was rigid, dismissive, and showed a flat refusal to engage with customers.
Update: I have full documentation of this purchase and have provided the details to Citizens Advice for Trading Standards review. I remain open to resolving this fairly with the trader, but neither Wendy nor Ben responded. These are the same names mentioned in several other recent reviews, and they were the individuals who handled my order as well.
