Easy to book, they happily take your deposit. The person that they subcontracted to do the job, turned up with a bag of tools in a backpack and no means to removing the shed after. He was planning on just demolishing and dumping on the drive way. It was then difficult to get hold of anyone from customer services who rebooked the appointment for the following day. They had just posted the job on a national forum and subcontracted someone else. They were not told the full details of the job so again underestimated the time and space it would take and left behind some of the shed base.
The amount of money I gave the company to post the job advert on a forum is disappointing and I wish I did it myself to at least give the money to the actual workers

We had a great experience with Shed Clearance UK, it was really easy to arrange to have our old shed taken away and on the day of collection they were neat, tidy and under took the job in a professional manner.

Deposit of £60 taken. No show on day booked or on rearranged day. Thereafter, no contact by phone, email or WhatsApp. Either incompetence or a scam, either way do not use.

10/10 service splendid customer service coudnt of asked for a more sophisticated experience.

Honestly can't tell whether this is a scam or just incompetence. Firstly it's a very confusing process to get a job quoted and booked.. they advertise the service nationwide but presumably this is contracted out locally, so there seems to be confusion about who's actually carrying out the job. Initial quote included a £45 booking fee but then the final quote had a £60 booking fee which was payable to ALP Services LTD. The job was a no-show with no communication from the number that I'd arranged with. When I contacted someone else via the website about this I got some lame excuse about the guy having trouble with his WhatsApp. Anyway I rebooked the job with this person for the next day and again no-one turned up. So far seem no evidence that this company had any intention of providing a legitimate service, so my advice is to avoid at all costs.

Really pleased with the service. Arrived bang on time . Shed dismantled ,contents (junk) removed and all taken away and site cleared. Very happy.

After trying 3 companies that all let me down saying my shed was too big and wanted ridiculous money these guys came through and did the job for way cheaper and with no fuss at all! Would recommend to anyone

Avoid company as takes money and then fails to do work

Booked a collection of a dismantled shed from Shedclearance and they contacted me straight away and arranged a date to collect. They took a deposit off me and then just turned up in a small car and then just drove off when they realised it would not fit with the person saying it looked smaller in the photo despite me saying it was a dismantled 12 x 8 shed.

Since then, they will not take any calls and are ignoring messages. This appears just to be a scam website that takes deposits without the capability to do the actual job they have quoted for

Went on the website to get a quote to remove a large amount of garden rubbish and paid a deposit. Someone just turned up in a small car to take it on their own and it in no way was going to fit.

Said they were going to make a few calls to see if they could get another vehicle and then just drove off without any notice.

The person that turned up did not even have a waste carriers license with them, even though I specifically requested that in advance.

No contact phone on the website to call and ask what is going on.

There website says they are trusted experts with 10 years of experience, but it would just appear it is a cover website that just farms out and subcontracts work to whoever wants to do it and it is not the business themselves that does anything at all.

Not reliable and I would suggest they should be avoided.
