Ordered two swimsuits

Ordered two swimsuits. Really liked the material and style, but sizing was much too small (size up!). Customer service was responsive and my replacement is on the way.

Great Front Closing Bra!

I am very happy with the front closure mesh support bra. It is comfortable, light, and gives good support. It is perfect under my v-neck tops. SheCurve also has good customer service. They were responsive to my questions and needs. My only wish is that this bra came in a wider variety of colors. Hopefully they will expand the options soon!

SheCurve was very understanding...

SheCurve was very understanding of my preferences and offered a partial refund, in the way of store credit, and I got to keep the items that didn't quite meet my needs. I gave them to a friend to try. I'm excited to try some of their different styles and find what fits me best in the way of a no underwire bra.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! This is a China company so they discourage returns and instead offer anywhere from 2/3 to half of what you paid in exchange for keeping the product. This is a scam. If a product doesn’t fit well I don’t need to keep it, it has no value to me. So basically you lose half of what you paid for a product you don’t want. I went back and forth with them until they finally admitted they were in Hong Kong and the return would cost over $30 which is why they discourage returns. After approximately five+ emails going back and forth they finally offered me half of what I paid. I don’t recommend doing business with these folks. The product is not great in my opinion. The bras did not at all offer the support shown in pictures. They’re soft and if they did support they’d be comfortable, I suppose. All in all a bad experience and I feel scammed.

Just reading through the company’s responses to low rating reviews and if you read them carefully they all say the same thing almost verbatim. Plus it looks like it was written by AI. Another example of how little they care about their customers. Yuck!

Since many sizing issues are quite similar, our solutions can sound repetitive, but please know we absolutely support returns and refunds. We never want you stuck with a product you cannot use while bearing a financial loss.

To clarify, we are an American brand utilizing a global supply chain. Our team usually offers partial refunds as an alternative choice, but we completely understand why that felt unacceptable to you. We also hear your feedback regarding the support. Since body types vary so much, fit is incredibly personal, and we are already sharing this with our product department to upgrade our designs. Our customer care team is reaching out via email right now to bypass the generic options and find a solution that genuinely makes this right for you.

Feels like a scam

I ordered the end of April, was sent a notification that my parcel was out for delivery, after 2 and half weeks, and no parcel, I contacted them, they said it was on back order, but I could choose an alternative or a refund. The same items were not marked on back order or out of stock on their site so I chose a refund, they emailed saying refund was processed and would take 3 to 5 days. After another 2 weeks with no refund, I emailed back, she said it was processed and it was up to my bank, I asked for proof, she said the accounting team said it was done,and that it was up to my bank again, but magically over night, another day later, my refund was finally processed. Not a trustworthy site in my opinion.

I liked the Seamless Deep V Push-Up…

I liked the Seamless Deep V Push-Up Wireless bra. It's the most comfy bra I've ever owned and the straps don't fall down. It doesn't show with some of my v-neck shirts and has good padding. It comes from China so shipping takes a long time like 3 weeks to the US and you have to pay shipping for returns but they give you other options.

They advertise as eligible for returns…

They advertise as eligible for returns but they refuse to offer returns. They push and push for just discounted returns in order for you to keep the items. No matter how much I asked for my full return they would not honor it. I even said I would pay for shipping back.
I will never ever be ordering from here again. It also took a month to get my items.

Never got package or refund !

They are awful! Poor communication and you will not receive your package much less a refund ! It has been over two months and I never received my package or a refund . Do NOT buy anything from this place or they will take your money!
